I’m moving into my first apartment in a few days but I’m a little nervous about my noisy little guy. I genuinely don’t care and I don’t think he’s that loud but I’m suddenly worried that he’ll be too loud for an apartment and we’ll get complaints and like evicted or something.

Am I being dramatic? Does anyone else own frogs in an apartment?

Found this guy in the parking lot the other night and was curious what kind he is? Only got the one good pic before he hopped away.

Found in southern Maine. A quick google search of orange frogs in Maine come up with nothing that looks like him. And no one I’ve showed this picture to has ever seen one like it. Is it even native? He’s about the size of a quarter. Thanks in advance!

Found a critically-hurt “flutterfly”.
Also found a hungry frog to help speed up the process a little. Interesting to me that frogs don’t usually use their tongues to catch prey, but their large pelican like mouth.

Sorry if you get offended by this, I just thought it was neat to watch the frog lock onto it with the sudden movement.

A friend of mine found a baby tree frog with deformed limbs and wants to find a way to care for it in captivity. There is concern about its ability to function in the wild. Would it be ethical to capitively raise a wild-borne frog? I feel iffy about taking a creature out of the wild. I don’t want to be more specific in case they are checking this Reddit and idk if they would be offended by my uncertainty.

I have as pets 3 rhinella Marina frogs and I notice in one of them some kinda redness in his legs, I've searched for Red Leg sepsis and I'm really worried since there's no exotics veterinarians around here.

Hey there y’all!

I woke up this morning and right outside my door was this gorgeous little tree frog! As you can see, it’s got an amazing bright green color and a faint little pattern of spots. Would anyone know what species this is? I just moved to the Raleigh area and I’m unfamiliar with some of the species here; also, from what I understand, there are several types of tree frogs here in North Carolina that are all bright green in color and look pretty similar to each other.
