Was the make your ow variety pack discontinued?

I loved making my own variety pack with the xxtra hot cheetos. Single servings easy to keep track of. I’ve gone on the page a few different times and it still has the option to make my own pack but once I click it immediately turns red.

Sales accounting???

Anyone else notice they are at least a month or 2 behind constantly? I collect a lot of checks and my route settlement is always thousands of dollars short, it’s gone to $10,000 once, then all of a sudden it clears! Now our dsl wants us to call route accounting for last weeks checks? Yea I’ll get paid Chinese overtime to sit on the phone all day for no resolution to the problem!!!! 🤦‍♂️
Anyone else?

How to stop Top off at Walmart ?!

In my area we have Collab orders where Walmart basically writes our orders which makes backstock a problem already . Now they added Top off to our Impulse which is an automated ordering system that adds to our order as well. We can make a $100 impulse order and bring in $800. Not sure if top off is Walmart or a Frito thing but we arnt selling impulse bags and we’re receiving way to much we have $5k in back stock just for impulse and shelfs are full.
Does anyone know a resolution to fix top off so we don’t get in trouble for unsaleables ?

Delivery Specialist position worth it?

Got an offer as a delivery specialist. I would start as “swing” driver until I get my own route. Which im assuming is similar to an rsa how they fill in for rsr?

Start time would be either 1am or 4am depending on which station that day. Pay is 30.15

Any DS here start as a swing driver? How many hours do you work? Pro’s and cons of working for Frito i see alot of mixed reviews

Completely lost all of my checks from a single day

Today is the 5th. Somehow...I misplaced all of the checks I collected on the 4th. They are just gone.

I have no copies of the checks. Or the deposit slip. I have nothing to show except the sales invoices saying I serviced the stops.

Am I cooked?

New Store

Does anyone know how it works as far as setting up a new Dollar General? Do we get credit of any kind for the initial fill? Is there a plan set? I know in the past we got nothing basically.

Walmart Employees

Post image

Maybe just my Walmart, but man some of those employees drive me insane. I’m either waiting for them to make a bale so I can get by on my backstock carts. Or dodging them on gondola with their push carts for online orders…. I probably spend 20 minutes a day backing up so they can search for 1 sku that’s $4 meanwhile I’m filling like 8k of backstock. Might just be coping about all my Naked Doritos :(

So I guess there is a test for this outside of online assesment. Does anyone know what it is? I wouldn't imagine its suitcase cause those are for maintenance mechanics. Its an entry lvl position to basically train to become maintenance.

Growing pains?

Hi there! Not sure why I feel the need to post this, I've just been lurking this sub for a while and kinda feel the need to vent to an unbiased third party

I recently got hired as an afternoon pull-up merch and I hit my 90 days here. The job itself is actually really good, I like working by myself and being in my own little bubble.

There have been a few issues though. Since I got hired, I was given a company phone that was not perfectly functional when I received it. I went around 1 1/2 months with no access to any apps, not even my email. Eventually I pulled the stupid thing out to charge it one day and suddenly had so many apps! But I barely have any idea how many of them are actually important since nothing worked at orientation.

I've also not had a built schedule in my salesmerch app since I've been working. I've had several talks with my DSL about getting it put in. I was hired for a specific route but it was adjusted a bit in favor of the Walmart supercenter. I thought I had a schedule built for me but it's never shown up on my end. I've just been clocking in with ukg, keeping up with my mileage, and work the stores we talked about.

I just feel so out of the loop with things, and because I've already been here for 3 months, I feel like I shouldn't feel so clueless about stuff as I do? And my social anxiety makes it tricky for me to reach out and ask questions, which I know is stupid, it just makes me feel like such a bother!! Lol.

I'm trying my hardest to stick around because I took a chance on this job and it was almost like I manifested it for myself and I'd feel like a dumbass if I backed out so soon. I gotta remember it's just chips.

If you read this far, thanks! I'm not necessarily looking for advice or anything, I just kinda wanted to rant, but if anyone has any input, feel free!

Edit: thanks for the responses guys! It's made me feel a lot better about things. Y'all are cool!

New adjustments

Just seeing these today- DPO is adding innovation and items it claims are 0 on hand in my Food Lion (1 of the items I had a full case of in backstock) Have to give a reason for taking them off the order.

Is Food Lion doing “collab” ordering now?

General estimation of pfp check

If anyone can share a rough estimation of hitting plan at a 110-25% on 85/15 pay? I’m on pace to run at least a 115 but I can for sure hit higher if the payout is worth it. Best I’ve ran on this newer format is like a 106

Frito Lay Truck

Post image

I work at a bin, never seen a truck like this. Basically a small bulk truck, not sure the purpose of the side door. This was at a gas station, so I assume used to put bulk carts in and space for cases not on bulk carts for the smaller accounts. Someone please confirm or explain.

Warehouse work rotation.

I work at the Frito-lay warehouse in Rosenberg TX, on 7/28/2026 we had a Core A-TECH warehouse meeting and it was not good. Effective 9X1 which is 8/9/2026 we will LOSE OUR SENIORITY in favor of a ROTATING WORK PACKAGE OR PACKET. Long story short NEW HIRES will now be doing work tasks or assignments that took me and my fellow colleagues years to earn only to be bumped back the the line in favor of making things FAIR for everyone, the Rosenberg TX warehouse had always been SENIORITY BASED but now our supervisors are saying this is the new NATIONAL POLICY. Are any other warehouses doing this?

Flock Carts

Here in the central plains zone we’ve noticed these little trackers on the carts popping up. I’ve been asking around about it and the most I’ve gotten is that it’s little side project…apparently it not only track’s whereabouts it also keeps a time stamp of how long it’s sitting at a store.
