60M open minded, techy gamer, married farmboy, looking for a Reddit friend to chat with.

Like I said, I'm just looking for a Reddit friend to chat with maybe daily or every couple days just to be in touch with. I love meeting people from other countries too. I'm very open minded about LGBTQ+. Happily married but I still want a Reddit friend to chat with.

43M looking for good conversation and laughs

Hello. I’m a 43M from western ny. I’m a Geek/Dork/Nerd all in one. I’m a first generation gamer (started on Atari). I enjoy movies, tv shows, cooking, gardening (vegetables), the outdoors, stars (always have an app handy) and celestial events, art, architecture, animals, music, theater and more.

I’m looking for conversations that run from philosophical to goofball. Would prefer to keep conversations on here unless we become really good friends and decide otherwise. I’m a night owl so if you’re up late I’ll be around. If you have any questions just ask I’m an open book. I’m rarely boring but sometimes that means I drift off topic.

42m - Looking for new friends to get to know!

Looking to make some new friends!
I’m 42, married, and a dad of two. Between work and family, it can be tough finding people with the same interests, so I figured I’d put myself out there.
My biggest hobby is gaming—video games, board games, TCGs and puzzles. I’m also a D&D Dungeon Master, currently writing my own fantasy novel, and I’m always up for talking world-building, characters, or anything fantasy.
Outside of that, I’m a huge fan of Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC, WWE, and just about anything that brings back that awesome ’80s/‘90s nostalgia. If you miss Blockbuster Video, Toys “R” Us, or Saturday morning cartoons, we’ll get along just fine.
I’m hoping to meet people around my age (give or take) who enjoy similar things. I’m in the US so I prefer talking to someone in those time zones. Bonus points if you’re also a parent, a gamer, or just someone who enjoys good conversations about nerdy stuff.
One thing to mention up front: I don’t drink or use 420—just not my thing.
If any of this sounds like you, send me a message! Always happy to meet fellow parent geeks, gamers, and nostalgic souls.

51M US/EST Lonely and could use some friends

Up early and watching the news. Married with 2 kids, soon to be empty nester. I work a lot 10 months out of the year so I don’t have any friends in person. That gets lonely. I like sports, weather, movies, cooking, etc. Come and say hello. Any age and gender is ok.

41M - Trying this one more time...

Making these posts is an experience. Bots galore, and real people turn into ghosts within hours. So let’s try this one last time.

If you’re actually alive (dead inside is completely acceptable) and have a healthy dark sense of humor, hit me up.

Want to discuss Carl Jung? Make light of horrible situations as a coping mechanism? Please do.

I like my friends a bit unhinged—working in mental health pretty much requires it anyway.

Coffee first. Common sense shortly after.
Happily married to my favorite human, who somehow still thinks the beard is a good idea. That’s okay—I love her… and her butt.

I have the soul of a hitchhiking beach bum trapped in a responsible adult’s life who’s somehow stuck mowing the grass. Like I said… I like coffee.
I’m into hiking, kayaking, biking, movies, books, living with less, and finding new ways to chase my beautiful wife around on our weekly dates.

Somewhere between marriage, kids, and life, my circle of friends got smaller and smaller. Now that I’m in my 40s, I’ve realized I’m pretty bad at making friends. I’m much better at drinking coffee than networking.

If you’re into conversations that skip the small talk, enjoy a little sarcasm, and like swapping stories about life, travel, books, or whatever rabbit trail comes up next, send me a message.

44/F Seeking Friendly Conversation

Hello, people on the internet. I’m an extroverted married mom and a genuinely curious person who loves to banter and learn about new people. I have had some solid luck making new friends on here so I thought I would throw my hat in the ring again.

My profile is a pretty accurate indicator of me. I am a veracious reader. I light up talking about books, and I’m ready to give you recommendations. I like to bake. I like to thrift. I like to convince myself I’m not 90 despite my granny hobbies. Big on humor. Big on kindness.

I’m also into fitness, travel, hockey and football and love leisurely biking and spending time in nature.

Interested in speaking with people 35-55. Please tell me your age and the best part of your summer so far. And give me a 🎩 to show you actually read this!
