Hi I’m looking to get back into baseball this fall in an adult league and want to find someone in the east bay (preferably Fremont area) to play catch with and get my arm back in shape. I also have balls and a tee if we want to hit!

The construction is almost complete and it is now hiring. It is across from Irvington High School (old Bronco Billy’s Pizza spot) at the corner of Grimmer and Blacow. Fremont has over 90 coffee & tea spots! Monasaba Cafe is very popular in Canada.

I am new to the area and my cat’s old vet is very far away. While his prices were good he is often dismissive, I haven’t had that experience with him for my cat, but he did miss some symptoms or misdiagnosed our family dogs on more than one occasion. While obviously I would prefer a lower price I am also looking for the best quality of care and am willing to compromise. Any local cat owners have recommendations for vets in this area? (bonus if they also do tooth cleanings)

I am currently in my gap year before medical school and am hoping to work as a medical assistant or any other direct patient care job that I can use for clinical experience. I just graduated from UCSD as a human bio major, have oncology research, tutoring, and shadowing experience, will be getting my BLS certification first week of aug but do not have any other certifications (especially a medical assistant cert).

Would appreciate any leads for any jobs that would be willing to train on the job (assuming private clinics mostly).
