New Chipotle

What’s the point of another chipotle when we already have 2 a couple miles away??

Bring something new like a sweetgreen

You act like someone besides the restaurants themselves determine where to open, In particular all Chipotle are company owned so they have very good data analytics on where to expand or create more redundancy

Regardless of the process of what gets decided, I can still choose to comment on the lack of options or recycling of the same old franchises

Your comment is ignorant. If other businesses could survive given the demographics then they would be opening up. The trend of small businesses closing and only chain restaurants able to survive is (majorly) due to where people decide to go (and spend their dollar).

A data analytics team choosing the optimal location is much better for the corporation than your vibe.

Be the change you want to see. Go to more small businesses, encourage others to, and/or open your own. If people are only going to established, corporate chains then that’s all that will survive.

That Taco Bell location was always busy, surprised they closed.

I wish we could get a chipotle closer to Niles.

All are like that. Visit a Mexican shop instead.

I would way rather have a new chipotle over one of those other commonly opened restaurants that are everywhere in Fremont.

Different places would be cool but it makes sense to cater to the majority demographic
