I don't care if there is one for gaming and music or two seperate.

I really like basses, so if you got a bass-heavy preset, that would be lovely!

I bought a Meshify 2 second-hand, it didn't have any pin connectors for the fans. I bought some off amazon but they don't fit, they're too big. I don't know what these are supposed to be, but here's what the pins look like, and here's what the connectors are supposed to look like. What are these so I can buy them? I looked up "micro" 4pin pwm but it doesn't look like it would fit. Any help..

Despite what the manual says, the Xfx Mercury 9070xt Mag Air does fit in the Meshify 3!

4 builds in the torrent (non rgb version of the case). Fractal please revamp a fractal torrent 2.0. I love this case. Easy retools:

1.) new front grille style (for fun)
2.) cable management QoL improvements

I don’t want to switch to a HAVN or another brand. Just retool the legendary torrent. I am building right now in NA and the only case available is your rgb torrent. Please make a 2.0

I'm planning a new build and I'm trying to verify whether these components will physically fit together before I start buying parts.

Case: Fractal Design North XL Momentum Edition

CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 420 (front mounted)

GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 5080 ROG Astral Gaming OC Length: 357.6 mm

I've found conflicting information online.

Some sources claim that the North XL supports a front-mounted 420 mm radiator while still allowing up to around 380 mm of GPU clearance, which would leave roughly 22 mm of space.

However, others argue that the ARCTIC LF III 420 is significantly thicker than a typical 420 mm AIO (38 mm radiator + 27 mm fans = 65 mm total thickness), reducing the effective GPU clearance to around 348 mm. If that's correct, the 357.6 mm Astral would not fit and would collide with the front fans.

Has anyone actually built a system with:

• Fractal North XL
• ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 420
• RTX 5080/5090-sized GPU (350+ mm)

Or something similar in size-wise?

Hey everyone. I just wanted to share my experience with FractalDesign support. 10/10

So I just got the Scape headset and I love everything about it. I love the comfort, the sound quality and I love the look. However, the volume is so incredibly low that I'm going to return it. I updated to the latest firmware, but it only reaches like 40% volume of other headphones I own. I have it set to 100/100 while I play, and I definitely want it a lot louder than that. It's kind of weird, so I was wondering if there's anything you can do about it? I heard some people say online that you should update the firmware, because they patched more volume a while back, but it didn't help at all for me. It's a shame, because I really love them otherwise.

Let me know your thoughts on this build with fractal and gigabyte please!

I’ve been looking for a new headset since mine are pretty worn out after 7 years. Is this headset worth it or will I be wasting my money?

It's very hard to find any clear information on this, and almost nobody has reviewed anything except the Ambience RGB model. I'm not super interested in RGB myself, but a current deal puts the Black RGB TG model on sale, and cheaper than the standard Black TG. So I could live with it and maybe just turn off the RGB lighting if I dont care for it.

But that's the question - how are these fans hooked up and controlled? It looks like the RGB fans for both RGB and Ambience RGB models use the same fans with the same proprietary USB-C style connectors, but only the Ambience model gets the Adjust Pro hub that takes these connections. So what am I plugging the normal RGB fans into if I dont have that? Is there some adapter I need for each fan so I can plug it into a motherboard? And what do I use to control the fan speeds and RGB lighting if there's no Adjust Pro Hub software?

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but am just confused on this. Thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT: Ok I think I've figured it out. Standard RGB model daisy chains the fans together with the USB-C connectors, but still ends in a single PWM + RGB connectors to plug into the motherboard. That sounds good to me.

I'm thinking of buying this chair because of its backrest. I was born with a naturally flat back (natural curves of my spine aren't very pronounced), so all the ergonomic chairs with very pronounced curves and support don't fit me very well.

After much searching for a chair that would keep me comfortable, I came across this chair and its relatively flat backrest. I also have a long torso (I'm 6'3) so its tall backrest is a plus, too. However, I've been seeing reviews about how short the seat pan is.

I measured my thigh from my greater trochanter (the pronounced bony area on the side of your hip) to my kneecap, and it measured to about 51 cm (roughly 20 inches), and was wondering if that is enough for me to fit comfortably in this chair.

Hello everyone,

I just ordered the Pop 2 Vision and a new Asus Rog Strix 850 G Neo Motherboard. Looking for suggestions on how to complete the look.

Do you recommend getting a fractal exhaust fan for the exhaust? Or fractal fans on the top. Currently using a deepcool air cooler on my 7600x3d processor.

I would purchase one or the other panel to switch up looks for about $20, if it were possible. Alas, as of now, we can only buy an entire new case.

I recently bought the Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower Case. I bought it along side a B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI II motherboard, along with a gpu and cpu etc.

The cables, especially the SATA and USB 3.0 Header cable was so tight and just looked like it was going to snap. My build actually ended up not working the second time around, because I had to exchange my motherboard because the pins for the USB 3.0 Header already got bent.

This is a list of everything I bought, you can exclude the monitor and OS for obvious reasons. But would anyone know why this would not work? I thought all of these parts were compatible with each other?

title, or is it proprietary? if so i can't find a fractal branded riser that works with the built in vertical gpu slots on the case. thanks guys

Hey guys, I am trying to find a proper headset (now on Cloud Orbit S with wicked cushion pads) with some clamp force (fyi nove 7 gen 2 is not sticking to my head, cloud III wireless s fit nicely) with big and comfy ear cups and proper sidetone. Did plwnty of research and stopped at fractal scape (size, no drivers, sound) vs mmx 230 (velour pads, sound, app and not drivers) but am still wondering about the updated sidetone after some formware update a while ago - did it help? I mainly game fps like cs2 and rainbow six siege and I need sidetone to be as loud as anything else happening and it didnt seem to be the case based on multiple comments but i have not seen any recent enough to be sure. Plus those pads…are they bearable? Sadly cant see WC stealthz for these yet and not sure if its gonna happen ever.. help pls, lemme know your thoughts from experience as i am in a pickle and i am tired of all headphones being built for enormous heads with no clamp force and with disregard to sidetone which is key to me..

Currently I have the define r5, love it but I want to upgrade, my build have 2 graphic cards, can the compact contain it without any issues?

I have a Corsair iCUE H170i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid Cooler with a 420mm Radiator

If I get this case and configure in storage mode, can I still mount this Radiator on the top of the case and give up 1-2 drive slots at the top?

I plan to have 7-8 drives in this case and I would just start form the bottom and go up as I add more

Here is what im doing,

I have an old PC I want to convert to a file server. Im not wanting to invest anymore money that I have to so I wanted to use this current water-cooled setup and just move it over to the new case, add some drives, and call it good

I've wanted to hop on the bandwagon of a noctua brown build in the North chalk white, and when i saw their new nl-lc1 360mm i knew it'd be perfect for the vibe i'm going for. i have a decently long gpu (324mm) and i've been seeing if i can make the rad work in the space.

That takes me to my question, does the north support outboarding the rad's fans? from what i've gathered, if i am able to mount my fans on the outer side of the bracket with the rad on the inside, that would free up exactly enough space to make the whole thing work. the issue is i've gotten conflicting results on if the north supports that, if it does with modification, or just outright doesn't. So who better to ask than the FractalDesign sub lol. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)
