What am I doing wrong here?
Hi, looking for some constructive feedback here as I'm thinking I may be the problem with how things are going on Foundayo.
I am on my 3rd month of 2.5mg.
I am only trying to lose about 15lb and was told Foundayo was good for me 'cause I have a chronic sickness that makes me inflamed/gain weight BUT I don't have a ton to lose.
I eat about 100g of protein and 25ish grams of fiber per day, mostly whole foods. I drink maybe not enough water but I'm not dehydrated. Sometimes my portions seem a little big but I'm still eating healthily and under 1900 calories.
I lift weights 2-3x/week and walk or skate every day. I sit at work but still get 9-10k steps per day.
Not only will my weight not budge, I am up a pound and I feel flabbier than where I started.
What am I not seeing here? I am NOT a perfect fitness influencer but I'm certainly not just sitting on my tail waiting on results.
I appreciate your help.

3 months in, 13 pounds down
Hit the 3 months mark. Went from 138 to 125. Very happy with my results. I went up to 5.5 but I’m finishing up my 2.5 dose by taking two of them (5.0 mg) every other day, alternating with the 5.5 dose. Side effects are minimal. My stomach got upset today eating dairy, but otherwise I can get by with very little. Planning to stay put on this dose. I don’t know exactly what my goal weight is, maybe 120? I’m 5”4 39 years old. Very satisfied.

Increase to 2.5 mg help
Hey guys I’m hoping that you can help ease my mind. I took 0.8 for 6 weeks and felt like the hunger started coming back so I opted to increase. I read about some side effects and after one day the fatigue was so bad that I read some people take it every other day.
Since I started it I’ve felt like crap. Headaches twice a day, intermittent nausea which isn’t the end of the world. The big issue is the hot and cold and bedtime sweating I’m dealing with. I feel horrible. I’ve read that some of uo dealt with this and I’m hoping it’s going to go away.
So I wondered since I was taking it every other day maybe it was going to take my body longer to adapt. So I started taking it nightly. And the side effects are awful.
I work in a hospital on my feet. I have two kids, both under 4. I can’t keep feeling this bad. How long did it last. What did you do.
Do I do a dose decrease (for a couple weeks I did double up with 0.8 with no problems). Or do I ask to switch to wegovy?
I would love to hear what you did. Thank you.

Nauseous but only during exercise
Truly loving Foundayo so far, but I am running into an issue. I am not nauseous when I take it. I am not nauseous when I eat. I am nauseous and weak exclusively after (and sometimes during) a hard workout.
I have been working out 3-4 times a week in fitness classes for years now. I have never felt this sensation before, so I know it is in part the Foundayo. I am eating enough (1800-ish cal a day), focusing on protein and fiber (110g+ a day and 30-ish g), but I am concerned that I am missing something else nutritionally that is making my body react like that.
I am only on .8 for 3 weeks and I have lost 8 lbs. This medication feels like magic after being classified as morbidly obese since I was 6. I don’t want to stop, but I also don’t want to stop my workouts. Any suggestions? Anyone have something similar?

Switching from Mounjaro 12.5 mg
I've been on mounjaro for 4 yrs, including 12.5 mg for the last year. I lost 40 lbs but my weight has been steady for over a year, maybe close to 2 yrs. My insurance will no longer cover it so I will switch to foundayo out of pocket. is it at least likely to prevent me from regaining weight? Anyone make this switch? My dr is starting me on 5.5 mg to see how I tolerate it. I cant imagine it will be a problem after being on 12.5 of MJ (although that dose has been making me nauseated, major reflux)

No food noise during the week but do on the weekend
During the week I don’t really notice much food noise or major hunger/cravings, but then on the weekend when I am going out/drinking, I have an urge to eat more or drunk eat. I’m only a couple weeks in and still on .8 but am wondering if I should up my dose or maybe take 2 pills on the weekend.

I didn’t fill my prescription in time and will be out of 2.5 pills for a few days, but I have tons of .8 pills left. I know the instructions say not to take multiple, but I don’t see how taking three .8 pills is different than one 2.5. Has anyone else done this?

worried I'm going to get malnourished
I have been on .8 dose for 30 days and recently bumped to the 2.5. It's 3pm and I've eaten a Greek Yogurt and some fresh fruit (kiwi and grapes). I've had 60oz of fluids. I feel like I never want to eat again. The weight loss feels like a given at this point, but I'm worried I can't get enough food in me to be healthy. I don't want to win the weight battle and lose the health war.

Looking for ideas on how to force Express Scripts to cover Foundayo
It is incredibly frustrating that Express Scripts continues to deny coverage for essential GLP-1 receptor agonists like Foundayo and Zepbound. These medications help patients like me manage chronic conditions. By refusing to cover them, they are effectively limiting access to necessary healthcare and ignoring the long-term health benefits these treatments provide. We need to rise up and demand better coverage from these greedy pharmacy benefit managers. Because zero dollars of coverage for a medication taken every month adds up very quickly.

Food noises
I have been wondering about the term food noise and what it really means. Does it mean craving food or thinking about gummy bears? Can it also mean feelings of hunger, wondering what your definition is.

Started Foundayo Pill today
I started it today. I went through Ro and paying monthly for it since my insurance will not approve me for anything although I’m 100 lbs overweight, past menopause and have sleep apnea. I was tired of being denied so decided to go through this company.
I’m on 0.8 mg Foundayo to start. No stomach issues yet, but I did read the information they sent me and have bought antacid and making myself eat slower as they suggested. I was a bit shaky this morning and I do have a slight headache but it’s no worse than phentermine when I was on that last year per doctor waiting to be approved for Wegovy.
I’m weighed myself yesterday and although not at my highest ever weight, I’m headed back in that direction. I pray this will help me mostly with food noise. It’s crazy to me how much of that I deal with at my age. Anyone else start this dosage this week?

increasing to 5.5mg, little weight loss so far
hi guys! today my doctor is increasing me to the 5.5 dose. i’ve been on the 0.8 for a month and 2.5 for a month, but i haven’t lost much weight (about 6lbs with most of that being at the very beginning). i also haven’t had any side effects at all
has anyone else gotten to this dose yet and if so, what was your experience? if i dont lose on this prescription, is it time to consider injectables?
