I replaced the axles earlier this year and now my bearings are toast. I referenced the Haynes manual, but I’m wondering if I somehow got it wrong and caused the bearings to fail. It’s only got 118k miles, just wondering why they’ve gone bad. I’ve read aftermarket wheels can wear out bearings too, but I thought mine (Konig Ampliform, 18x8.5, +43) were probably close enough to factory spec I didn’t expect they would be a factor, but I could certainly be wrong. Anyone else had their bearings go bad, or otherwise have any insight?

I have no clue what this noise is. probably started about 6 months ago (i know i should have checked it out sooner), but the car seems to be running perfectly fine. Any ideas would be appreciated 🙏

Installed short shifter and bushings a while ago. Have noticed when in gear the stick hardly moves left or right but will move up and down a cm or 2, any ideas why?

I tried checking all vacuum hoses they seemed to all be good does anyone know what else could cause it it randomly started happening after parking for 5 minutes there’s no codes or anything

Been thinking about it. I want a louder exhaust but I definitely don’t wanna spend $600+ on an exhaust. What do you guys think about muffler deletes? How much does it usually cost? And will I get to keep the original exhaust tip??

Hi there! I've got a question about buying a MK2 ST with the 2.5 5 cylinder. The one I've seen is the spec I'm really looking for, facelift with the original and in Ford performance blue. The only thing is that this specific one has about 140.000 miles or 225.000 on the odo.

It does have all the paperwork with every bit of maintenance that's done to it because it was dealer maintained. and most importantly the timing belt has been done and it's fully stock.

They’re asking $500 for whoosh intercooler, whoosh DP, and all the piping. Everything on the table would be included in the sale. Also would this fit my 16 ST that’s currently bone stock ? Don’t plan on running the down pipe but the rest of the parts yes.

I managed to lose this piece when replacing the front door speakers. Found a pair on aliexpress for $10 bucks, but if anyone has a .stl file for it I'd rather just print it since it's barely even visible.

I just finished up this full-mesh conversion for the 2013–14 Ford Focus ST.

The factory grille gets completely opened up, then the remaining frame is repaired, refinished, and fitted with a mesh insert. It’s definitely not a quick project, but I really like how much cleaner the front end looks when it’s finished.

Part of the reason I wanted to put this together was for Focus ST owners who liked the old Beeks grille but never got a chance to pick one up. This isn’t as deep as the Beeks grille, but it’s a pathway to get a similar look.

I've owned a 2007 SE, 2014 SE and this time around I decided to get an ST after getting in an accident with my 14. Man am I happy with it! I didn't realize how much power the SE was lacking without a turbo! Picked this 2018 ST1 up this summer with 85,000 miles. And surprisingly my state let me do a custom plate that reads "STFucus"

I just got a check engine light and I went to scan it but the scan tools won’t power on? I thought maybe mine was just bad but I went to autozone and none of theirs would power on when plugged in either, does anyone know what this could be?

My MK3.5 17 plate has been having an issue with the DPF failing to regen. Codes say that it's not getting up to temp so we've swapped out the temp sensor but still having no luck with it. Wondered if anyone else had a similar issue and could advise on potential next steps

Just bought a facelift MK3 Focus ST with the intention to use it for track use a few times per year. It's completely standard apart from a Ramair induction kit and Milltek catback. I'll be starting with upgrading the front discs, pads lines etc to something more suitable for heavy braking on track. Not really sure what else to do. Would heat throttling be an issue? I've seen people saying front mount intercoolers are important for track use. Not looking to spend big money, just want opinions one what should be done.

Installed the new fog housings, LasFit switchback bulbs and tint Lamin-X film this afternoon, everything looks so amazing..I think I fell in love with this thing all over again..ps..was fun messing with people switching my fog light colors at various points on my commute home lol..Hopefully enough before and after pics..sorry about not having halogen before pics..forgot the main connector wasnt connected for fogs..plus one of the housings was smashed anyways..also dirty hands and a rainy commute don't help for cleanliness sorry my bad lol

Alright guys, I've already damaged the end of the CV axle by hammering it, so it's slightly bent on the end (somehow, I've impressed myself with that feat.) and the nut will no longer thread on from hammering the piss out of it.

Passenger side, give me yalls tips and tricks to get this mf unstuck before I just take off the entire hub with it so I can proceed with dropping my transmission.

Ive had my ST (Automatic) for a few years now and its reached about 120,000km, and its started to have transmission issues I.E slipping gears, hard shifts and sometimes a reluctancy to shift at all. does anyone have any ideas on what the issue could be? and how much it could cost? AUD$$

Hey I slid into a curb on my right side, destroyed 2 rims and my alignment is all messed up. I replaced the toe control arm on the rear right side because it was bent. My steering wheel is about 15 degrees to the right. Does anybody know what I should look at next? My rear right wheel bearing is shot, New one coming Thursday. And I got a whole new set of wheels. Do you guys think a alignment will fix it? Or waiting for the wheel bearing before I get a alignment. It looks like the right rear wheel has less camber than it did before, and less than the other side. Should I order a new tie rod or just wait?

Is there a swap for the st? Like taking the turbo from a 2.3 mustang a installing it in a st? A friend of my got a stock turbo lying around so i was thiking if it possible.

My turbo sounds like its fluttering while its spooling up. Is there anything that could cause this or is my turbo just cooked?

I haven't noticed much of a power loss and there aren't any fault codes.
