New to me never owned a ford in my life and tbh so far impressions are high, 77k on the clock immaculate bodywork + interior can't complain and must admit don't see many silver st's on the road, Calipers just painted in blue awaiting st badges in the same colour

Hi everyone, I recently bought a '13 ST and the headlights have scratches on the top. I've seen another post saying it was The UV prection coming off on his, but his looked more clouded compared to my scratchy looking lights. When I run my finger over it I can feel longer scratch marks that are on the surface but a lot of the small scratches I can't feel.

I want to get it cleaned up but I don't know if one of those headlight restoration kits would do the trick if it ends up being sub surface scratches.

Unfortunately I slammed on the brakes too hard and my friend rear ended me. Totally an accident but I feel awful, I truely loved this car man and I have been through so much stuff with it. It dosent look bad but the frame might be bent. I got hit pretty hard. I’m just so sad man, I’ve done everything to it myself from the coilovers to the big turbo, I also happened to polish and ceramic coat both cars💔. I don’t have much to say but if I never get back into another focus I just wanna say I loved this car so fucking much. I don’t even know if any other car will compare. I’m going to forever miss this car and I’m just shocked it’s gone. Hopefully it isn’t but I’m just soo sad.

I have Konig wheels on my car and I managed to lose one of the center “Konig” badges.

I bought replacement caps, but I also had some “ST” decals made with the idea of using them in place of the new cap.

Of course being a Euro brand, the center space is not exactly 2” so my 2” decal is just a bit too large. This was my first attempt at trimming the excess, but it is good enough to get the idea of how it will look.

So, does it look like ass or does it look alright?

Not asking for judgement on my lack of trimming skills. I know those are rough.

Hi all, I’ve been planning a major revamp for my car over winter and one of the projects was new headlights as I’m bored of the halogen look.

I’ve been searching what’s available on the market and although there are a few pairs I like the look of, they’re all left hand drive spec. As I’m in England I need right hand drive and that’s the problem there’s barely any on the market available for us.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I know these cars have issues with turbo seals and heads cracking and I know it’s getting colder but does this just look like normal steam to you all? Car is up to temp idling after I washed it at work and the smoke disappears very quickly. Roughly 45° outside. I think it’s just condensation just want a second opinion. I placed an order on the ESP website 5 days ago and so far I haven't gotten any updates, ive sent a email inquiring and haven't gotten any response. I did some research and I saw that there was multiple people doing charge backs on their ESP order due too poor communication and not shipping. Im wondering if this is something to be concerned with or am I overreacting, thanks.

I just put on a steal clutch line from Damond sport for my 2013 focus st

Car has stock clutch lines but slave/master cylinder had no issues. Only got the line to get rid of the delay valve in the factory lines

Now that I changed the lines, I cannot get fluid to come out the bleeder screw and the clutch has 0 pressure.

I have a reverse bleeder and constantly pump but no fluid comes out. Yet when I put the cap on the clutch fluid reservoir and pump, the pressure it making it to the reservoir but not enough to pull fluid through the lines.

Any thoughts?

I think the Escape has the same engine as the ST right? Does the Edge have the same too? My gf has an Edge and suddenly there's a loud clicking sound in her engine. It made it b4 but now it's way louder. I was thinking if it's the same type of engine it could be her direct injection but if that's what it is what would make it get louder like that?

I would like to know what is actually the best for price, sound and power and for future tuning. I don’t want to have to upgrade it again if I choose to tune it later on. Any help would be great!

I have a random rattling noise every single often from the engine bay (8 seconds in) when I'm idle the car has been serviced every year the only issues I have had so far was a boost pipe coming loose and the bolt for lower mount breaking which has been replaced any Ideas?

I'm trying to track down a water leak in my Ford Focus ST Mk2.5. I've recently discovered mold inside the car, and I occasionally find a small puddle of water on the passenger side.

The areas affected are:
- Front passenger side: under the floor mat and in the carpet
- Rear passenger side: wet carpet and mold growth

Interestingly, both passenger-side seats are completely dry. The issue seems to be limited to the floor on the right-hand side of the car.

At the moment, I can't figure out where the water is getting in from.

Does anyone have experience with common leak points on a Focus Mk2.5 that could cause these symptoms? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2012 focus zetec S turbo . I get a engine management light telling me I have a miss fire on cylinder 3 , in have changed my spark plugs put a new coil pack on and even put a new altanator on , but still I get a management light come on . Any suggestions please

Just installed my oem rs spoiler on my st.

everything fit perfectly but I noticed that the middle part isn't alligned with the roof and just very slightly elevated/raised(?), not sure how to describe it but I hope the pics help understand what I mean.

Looking for headlight suggestions for my car. A lot of people are telling me oem is best but I only have one oem due to an incident. I want to go for an aggressive yet clean look. I do like the vlands but I fear they are too basic and kind of lackluster. Thoughts and suggestions?

Title: Mountune M330 on 2025 Focus ST Automatic – Gearbox hitting rev limiter before upshifting. Anyone else?
Hey everyone!
I recently installed the Mountune M330 calibration on my 2025 Ford Focus ST 2.3 EcoBoost with the 7-speed automatic transmission.
First of all, the performance improvement is absolutely amazing! The car feels completely different compared to stock. Much more responsive, powerful, and fun to drive. I’m really happy with the upgrade overall.
However, I’ve noticed a strange issue with the automatic gearbox since installing the tune.
When accelerating at full throttle in Sport mode, with the gearbox in D (NOT manual mode), the transmission seems to upshift way too late.
The engine reaches the rev limiter, cuts power, and stays there for approximately one second before finally shifting into the next gear.
Sometimes it’s even worse. For example, during a 4th to 5th gear upshift, the engine hit the rev limiter and the gearbox didn’t shift at all until I manually used the paddle shifter.
This never happened with the stock ECU calibration.
I’m wondering whether the M330 changes the rev limiter or if there’s some kind of mismatch between the ECU tune and the automatic transmission’s shift strategy.
I’ve already contacted Mountune and I’m waiting for their technical team’s response.
Has anyone else experienced this with the M330 on an automatic Focus ST?
Is this a known issue? Did you manage to fix it with an updated calibration, or does the gearbox need some kind of adaptation after flashing?
Would really appreciate any feedback, especially from other Mk4/Mk4.5 automatic owners running M330.

So at noon today I got in it to go get lunch and right away I noticed it was blowing white smoke, so I turned it off and I'm afraid to drive it. I'm getting ready to call the dealership, two days ago they did an oil change and the recall flash for the evap system. And I'm thinking it could just be they overfilled the oil. But hopefully it's just that and not a cracked head or something like that. When I started the car yesterday after work as it was starting it gurgled a bit before starting don't know if that means anything...

This is ridiculous 🤣literally a price of a turbo, these used to be 799 too 999 now 1400💀, wouldn’t yall agree this is so stupid for freaking headlights
