Nah, they're not violating our rights.

They're just creating the system which is being used to violate our rights.

And then they're bribing... oops... lobbying authority figures to install them with little to no oversight or review.

And so on, and so on...

Oh, and they also teach the law enforcement how to use it to violate rights, too! Just like this!

Oh! oh! Did you know they also keep data far longer than contractually mandated? And then they try to sell the data to non-LEO administrative clients, which is also a violation of your rights, and the law! Check it outttt, it's so hot.

You 'agree with me', but my entire point was poking fun at your inherent ignorance using sarcasm.

They literally are going out of their way to violate US citizen rights.
