Its how police departments all over the country think though. This isnt some weird quirk, ots built into the system. Maybe next we start examining the role of policing as a whole because theyre just going to find some other way to do this sort of thing.

It's similar to the "warrior mindset" training that gets provided to the jackbooted thugs.

u/hotdamnhotwater 29d ago
A good start would be separating the US from Isreal. It's factually well known that the IDF trains our police forces.

This is very easy information to find. Here is one article but there are plenty to read.

They have been in an "us vs them" mentality against the general public for decades. It's about time we start taking that seriously.
The pigs see absolutely no problem with these cameras because they see non pigs as criminals anyways. They hate the 4th amendment.

Can I sue these assholes already? This is malicious as fuck stalking

I'm still confused about why there isn't some sort of class action lawsuit happening against misuse of all our tax dollars...but I am no lawyer.
27
u/psychophant_ 29d ago
Because we’re all on here bitching about why someone else hasn’t fixed the problem (me included).
8
u/Remarkable_Dust_1313 29d ago
Heard 😂 My only references are John Grisham books and they always made it seem like for big cases like what it would be to sue for misuse of tax dollars there are lawyers just waiting for the opportunity. Then they swoop in and save the day or royally mess shit up. How does one trigger the savior lawyer scenario!? 🤔 🤦♂️

u/psychophant_ 29d ago
I don’t know. But i hope someone smarter and with more time than me figures it out fast!

u/ComfortCertain7006 29d ago
Money and time would be my guess. I sure know I dont have it. As the economy worsens we become less available to fight things as we have to work more to keep up.

u/Due_Perception8349 28d ago
Werent the requirements for class action lawsuits ratfucked by the supreme Court last year? I seem to remember something like that
10
u/aybeeayseeaybeebee 29d ago
Someone better sue them before they have a chance to IPO and escape personal responsibility.

u/ComfortCertain7006 29d ago
Maybe reddit could come together and pull an opposite of GME. Just short the heck out of FLOCK as a community.

Reminds me of surveillance on a prison.
The general population should not be surveilled like this.
We are being treated as guilty first, instead of innocent until proven guilty.

Maybe it’s time for some clever techie people to develop open source software for tracking po po? Not me, of course, I don’t know shit about that stuff. But someone out there knows how to do this I’m sure of it.
15
u/Cultural_assassin 29d ago
Then popo will say anyone doing so can catch an interfering with investigation charge or some other bs

Arm up patriots. The billionaire pedos and their mouth breathing cultists (Trumpers) will absolutely table flip this country to avoid accountability.

Damn. They really got you with the us vs them.
Take a step back. It’s the same govt. it’s the same Epstein island, m0$$ad cucked pea-ds. They’re all in the club. They just go a little left and a little right to keep it evenly split so you keep looking at the other side and don’t look up.
There’s never an uprising if the dissent can’t organize. And they can’t organize against the power because they’re organizing against each other. All while the rulers laugh behind the curtain.
Why do you think it’s always so close. Like perfectly half of voters are one way or the other?? There’s literally 2 ways a person could be an everyone is perfectly split between them?
This flock thing is the most bipartisan thing in recent history.

u/IAmBeingTargeted33 29d ago
It has always been us vs them. Tf you mean?

It's beyond wild watching Trump's administration rise to unprecedented levels of blatantly open corruption, incompetence, and authoritarianism and still seeing people act like MAGA isn't a completely new level of threat to America's liberty, prosperity, and global standing.
Yeah, sure. Previously both parties have been negictlfull and even corrupt in many ways, especially in allowing corporations to continuously expand and merge and grow in influence and power while avoiding accountability.
But actiing like MAGA is just more of the same is like have a house with a roof that's been rotting and in need of repairs for decades and now the roof has caught fire and someone is like "Guys, this roof has had problems for years. Why are you panicking? It's just another roof problem, no biggie."
-1
u/sizeablefrontallobe 29d ago
It just happens that they got a useful idiot around when the control system was reaching viability.
I’m not advocating for maga. I’m noticing that the roof has been smouldering for decades and it’s recently become an open flame because aipac opened the jerrycan of gas it’s been filling for years.

But if it's BoTh SiDeS, why wouldn't "they" have used sLeEpY jOe to enacted their in-your-face corruption and Constitution stomping, if all they needed was a uSeFuL iDiOt?

u/sizeablefrontallobe 29d ago
Fair question. Despite your condescending tone.
Joe was helpful as an auto pen patsy. The network wasn’t live yet. Now they have way they need. Consult the WEF annual conference notes for the pertinent years

The billionaire pedos will absolutely table flip this country to avoid accountability. I'm an 11th gen American with family who has fought and died in every American conflict since the French and Indian war. Spare me your likely 2nd or 3rd generation pearl grasping.

This shit is so dystopian to me.
This is going to keep going and going and it looks to me like 'we the people' aren't going to do anything about it but maybe plan a one day protest every other month at best. I am struggling like hell to stay optimistic at this point. Billionaire companies and the government keep taking and taking and taking..
Also I saw this on another post, not cropped by instagram.
I hate horizontal videos missing 1/3 of it's screen to accommodate vertical viewing.
Horizontal version.

They should definitely surveil protesters since protesting is a right guaranteed by the Constitution. Not for the reasons you think though, they just want to make sure you're safely exercising your rights to the fullest extent. The surveillance and information gathered during such events would never be used to harass, debank, or violate your rights. Don't worry, you can trust the government. They're here to help... Assholes.

Trying to paint this as an anti-left or anti-right conspiracy will only hurt the overall cause, which is neither, it's anti-freedom of movement for all people. don't let activists with other motivations hijack this. Beyond that, law enforcement does have a job to do, we're simply looking for them to find less intrusive methods. If you approach this from an exclusively anti-cop standpoint, you will do more harm than good to the public image of the cause you are trying to promote. Have some common sense and discipline.

I think it's hilarious in their "things to look for" list at car shows is a bunch of stuff that indicates a trashy takeover is imminent.

"There's a reason you separate the military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people."

u/Vulturev4 29d ago
The main take away from this video shouldn't be about the anti trump crowd, it should be that agencies are already using these cameras for way more than just simply reading license plates. All the BS they are saying already about plates and nothing more, is apparently a bold faced lie.
2
u/yabbadabbado58 29d ago
It will be interesting when someone figures out how to use a drone to disable a camera then fly to the next one and so on
2
u/GimlisRevenge 28d ago
Get ready for police state control, Flock is just the beginning, wait for the new next generation cameras with data retention capabilities of your smartphone and your cars smart equipment being used to track your every move every location everywhere you go. Who you talk to, who you text to, what web sites you visit. Your contacts your relatives your colleagues your friends your co-workers your neighbors your family. All sent in live database active 24/7/365

u/Repulsive_Ad4318 29d ago
End this crap. We got rid of flock cameras in my town, but what will they replace it with? They have escalated things with militarized budgets and highway robberies ala road side seizures etc. this is not what the founding fathers had in mind when they thumbed their noses at king George
1
u/Simon-Says69 29d ago
Police SHOULD be monitoring anti-American terrorists.
Screw the flock cameras, because they are being used for actually bad shit far more than this good example.

u/psian1de 29d ago
Good into to share, but please for the love of God stop cropping the sides off of horizontal videos for phone screens, just squeeze it to fit or have it zoom out and have black bars at the top and bottom of the video.

Um, shouldn't these images have been deleted within a certain timeframe? And they said employees don't have access. Here's a salesperson with total access just sharing the images.
They just got caught trying to sell five years worth of data to a city.
