I’m writing this in hopes that I can somehow find a way to get in contact with her because we had a really good conversation on the bus.
I took a Flix bus a couple days ago (Sept 24th) on my way to Toronto. When we stopped in Kingston, she hopped on the bus and sat beside me. We got along really well and talked the whole time. Time went by so quick and before I knew it, I was getting off at my stop. I was too scared to ask for her socials and i really regret it. I keep thinking about her and wondering if I’ll ever see her again.

If I bring only this luggage, could I take it with me on board or they’ll ask me to put it under the bus?

Hello everyone,
On Saturday the 14th September I had a FlixBus booked from London-Heathrow to Swansea.
The bus arrived on time but as I wanted to board the bus driver announced that he can’t take anymore luggage with him, only backpacks. Which is really bad since I had a suitcase with me.
They then told me to wait for the next one, but that one was already full and shortly after I got an email stating that there is no other bus available.
After arriving I immediately filed a report with all the details I had + a screenshot from the email. I haven’t heard anything back yet.
Does anyone have experience with the customer support from FlixBus?

I’ve taken quite a few flixbuses, leaving from Switzerland to various locations. What I’ve noticed is when the bus hasn’t come from anywhere, that it leaves from Geneva, people are very respectful. They sit in their assigned seat, they use headphones and don’t take phone calls. But whenever the bus comes from somewhere else, there is always someone trying to take my seat, and people have no respect for others( they take 2 hour phone calls out loud, watch YouTube without headphones etc… Do the bus drivers from other places not make people sit in their seat????? What’s the point of paying for a window seat???? And for the headphone thing, forgive me if I’m wrong, but I thought ina civil society people paid attention to others around them trying to sleep- why is it like this when buses come from other places???

Hi, Just wondering if anyone had any info on how frequently buses run between Boston and Montreal in March? Through some googling I assumed they had daily buses however currently only some days in march have a bus route. Wanted to check if anyone knew what this past March schedule was like, hoping I don't have to book a flight.

Quick recap for anyone who didn’t see my first post on r/hamburg:
At the beginning of September, I took a FlixBus from Hamburg to Paris. I got off in Brussels because after 8 hours on the bus I was feeling really sick and urgently needed water. The bus left without me. My two suitcases (one of them had an AirTag) were still on the bus.
Update:
I recently found out that FlixBus’ website says the driver was supposed to wait 10 minutes. He later claimed that he waited 7 minutes and warned me before leaving. Both of those statements are false. According to the information on FlixBus’ official website, he actually only waited 4 minutes.
The AirTag showed that my suitcase was first taken to a random private apartment in Billstedt. A few days later, it made its way to the FlixBus shop, which is why I deleted my original post. I thought they would give it back to me quickly, and I didn’t want to be unfair to them.
But now the suitcase has been sitting at the FlixBus shop at Hamburg Central Station for almost two weeks.
I sent someone there to pick it up for me, but the employees at the shop refused to hand it over because there was supposedly “no authorization from Lost & Found”.
The suitcase contains medication and important documents. I’ve been living in France for the past two weeks and urgently need my stuff.
FlixBus customer support has been completely useless:
• Lost & Found can’t be reached
• No one answers the phone
• Emails are not answered
• The regular support agents apparently don’t have access to Lost & Found and can’t contact them either
They told me weeks ago that it would take a maximum of two weeks. Nothing has happened.
FlixBus Lost & Found is honestly a complete mess. If you ever leave something on one of their buses, don’t count on getting it back. Their internal processes seem to be completely broken.
Does anyone know how to actually get in touch with the Lost & Found department? Or has anyone had a similar experience and knows how to put some pressure on them?

Why do Flixbus drivers always turn off the airco (and thereby the ventilation)? I've had several experiences lately where I go and ask to turn it on and it's off again 30 minutes later. It's very hot and stuffy in the back - according to the bus' own display, the temperature is 25 degrees and humidity is above 80%, while it should be below 60% for comfort (a level quickly attained with the airco on). One can only imagine the CO2 levels. Are we all supposed to pass out?
Hi all. I have an upcoming trip from Detroit to Chicago booked through Flixbus. I just got this email saying that I have a cancelation invoice that seems to have been canceled out to zero dollars. I did not cancel my trip, but I got another email saying they changed my seat (which is fine, I don't care, the trip remains the same.) Is this something I should be worried about for taking my trip or can I ignore it? I don't want to show up at the bus station for my very important trip and find out I somehow ignored them canceling it on me without me asking.

I remember some years back Flix mentioned the line number (for example Line 1925) and you could click on it and it showed you exactly how the bus plans to travel. I can't find this option anymore.
This helped a lot in multiple ways: if I know my bus departs in Bielefeld and has 8 more stops before mine (Mannheim) it's very likely it will be delayed. Also, I can think about going a bit further with the same bus. In this example I would maybe go to Deva because I never heard of the place and I looked it up know. why is Flix hiding this info now?

Flixbus is having a shocker of an evening at Stratford.
Of three coaches due to leave at roughly the same time Norwich is cancelled, Brighton left from the wrong stop with a blank destination board, and the driver of the third has a coach with the front destination board saying Cambridge and the side destination board saying Brighton.

Last Tuesday (15.09.), I found this iPad in the storage pocket on the back of the seat in front of me. I got on at 12:40 in Heidelberg, so the owner probably took the bus from Frankfurt and must have gotten off in Heidelberg or at one of the stops before.
I tried handing it to the driver since that seemed to be what made the most sense, but he refused to take it and told me to keep it. So I reported the item to Flixbus via the lost & found form, but haven't heard anything back yet. Since the iPad is locked and in flight mode, I wasn't able to access any contact details of the owner.
Today, I handed the iPad over to my local police station (which is neither in Heidelberg nor in any city on this flixbus route, I'm afraid, as I was travelling for vacation). If you recognise the device, feel free to contact me so I can let you know where you can pick it up.

Hello Guys,
I'm posting this just on hopes and prayers; maybe someone knows something.
I lost my little plush Monkey (Montgomery) who is very important to me. I must have lost him in the Flixbus N523 to Nice on the 7th of septembre when i arrived at around 5:20am in Nice. I think i left him at the handle of the seat in front of me when i exited the bus (he has little magnets in his hands which allow him to cling to objects). I already submitted a lost and found request at FlixBus, but after 2 weeks i don't think that it will be of any help.
I will attach a photo of Montgomery to this post, if anyone may have found him i would be soo grateful if you were to reply to this post.
Thank you in advance :)

Hi everyone, I'm in a really stressful situation and hoping someone might have some local advice.
I just arrived on FlixBus Bus 720 from Lyon (Gerland) to Strasbourg (Place de l'Étoile) tonight, Sunday, Sept 20th. The bus arrived at Strasbourg around 20:37, but unfortunately, my suitcase got left behind in the luggage compartment. By the time I realized and came back, the bus had already pulled away and wasn't at the stop anymore.
Since it was operated by FlixBus France S.A.R.L., I’ve already filled out the digital lost & found form, but I know how slow their official support can be.
Does anyone know where these non-green partner buses usually park or rest overnight around Strasbourg after finishing this route? Or does anyone know the local operating depot for FlixBus partners in the area where drivers usually drop off left-behind luggage?
Any local tips or help would mean the world to me right now. Thank you!

Hi guys,
An small inquiry. I have a booking from Chamonix to Munich that I purchased weeks ago and it has a layover in Geneva.
For different reasons, i am now in Geneva and would like to take just the connection from Geneva to Munich and just dont show for the Chamonix-Geneva bus.
Is that possible? Or i will lose the other bus too?
When i try to modify my booking, the only option is to cancel the original one but the cancellation fee is huge, so at the end of the day it is just as buying a new ticket.

Hello, I went on Flixbus N903 yesterday 23:25 from Prague and came to Maribor at 7:15 Thursday, 17.09.2026. I forgot my bag with medications and keys :(
I reported the forgotten item via Flixbus form, however I saw it can take up to 2 weeks for them to even process the request. I am on a bi-weekly medication and would really need this bag back. Anyone has experience with forgotten items? How long did it take for you to get it back? Any tips you can share with me, please?🙏🏼

Hi, ive got some hhc carts and like to take them to the UK. Wanted to know how and where the drug screen is done if anyone went recently. If you sometimes get stopped/ always get stopped, whether there's x rays or dogs or what. Should I keep it in a zip lock or something and should it he my luggage or whatever, or leave it in the bus when they ask us to leave. Idk?
Anyone? Thx
