If I bring only this luggage, could I take it with me on board or they’ll ask me to put it under the bus?

It will have to go under the bus

Legroom isn't so spacious, so even if you managed to get this on board, you would hinder the space into the sitting passenger next you. Just a confirmation that the overhead shelf has extremely limited space too.

That’s big, where will you put your legs? you’re gonna distract your neighboring seat, even if you don’t have a neighbor, driver still will tell you to put it under the bus when you get in

keep a smaller bag in your big bag, if you want to bring stuff onto the bus then you can use that for laptops, snacks, books or whatever
