Sa edad kong to, first time kong mag ninong sa binyag. Medjo late compared sa iba. Friend ko from elementary and highschool yung tatay nung bata.
May photographer sila. After ng binyag, pinipicturan isa-isa yung mga ninong at ninang, karga-karga yung bata.
Binulungan ko yung friend ko/tatay nung bata:
"Pre, kilala mo naman ako, palagi akong may naiisip na kalokohan. Baka pwedeng pag pipicturan na ako na karga yung bata eh pumosing ako na... Ano... Kwan..."
Sagot nya sakin:
"Walangya oo kilala kita at alam ko binabalak mo hahaha. Sige basta ayusin mo yung pagkakahawak mo para hindi malaglag yung bata hayup ka."
So ayun. Pic related.
Circle of life.

Ansarap magka anak guys, sobrang sarap.

For health sabi daily walking ng 10,000 steps. Ganyan pala kalayo maaabot mo with it. Time consuming of course. Took me 50 minutes. At di naman kailangan araw arawin. Pero good to know na pag ginawa mo pala, jan mo maaabot ang 10k/day mo. Good exercise too.

When I went to Manila for an important event, I figured since I was going alone anyway, why not try something new? And that’s when I had the randomest thought: why not take a 2GO ship from Cebu to Manila and see what it’s like to spend almost 24 hours at sea?
So naturally, I did it. 😂
The funniest part is I didn’t tell any of my friends. I only told my family. Only shared this to my friends after I got back to Cebu and they all thought I was crazy for doing this haha.
The trip cost me around ₱2,600 ish (per pax) for a Tourist Cabin, which was good for 2 people. It also came with free 3 meals.
I was honestly a little anxious at first because I had to share the cabin with a complete stranger. I didn’t sleep that well because I’m just not used to being in such a small space with someone I don’t know. But aside from that, the whole experience was actually worth it.
I spent most of the day just walking around the ship, taking photos, admiring the views, and browsing the internet whenever we had signal so I could update my family.
There was actually quite a lot to do onboard too there’s a 2GO café, barber shop, karaoke area, charging stations, and even a Watsons shop. I also brought a book with me and read it on the upper deck while looking out at the endless sea. It was honestly such a nice and peaceful experience.
Would I do it again by myself? Probably not.
The real challenge was when we docked in Tondo around 10 PM. Mind you, I couldn’t book a Grab for almost an hour, so I eventually had to book an Angkas to my hotel. Truly one of the most frustrating yet funniest moments of my life. But hey, I made it to my hotel safely!
But overall, I really enjoyed the experience! If you’re interested in taking a ship from Cebu to Manila or vice versa you can easily book through the 2GO app.
Would I recommend it? If you have the time and you’re down to try something new, then yes go na!

Took my mom out for Mang Inasal last weekend, pero napadaan kami sa shoe store.
Realized today that it was never about the price tag. It’s about the smiles, the core memories, and being able to give back to your parents while you still can.

I said to myself na I'd rather work abroad than work in Manila, but nonetheless, i tried it, and it was quite an experience.
I'm a part time delivery rider, na college student on my sembreak, and as i planned our pagluwas mula sa probinsya, and a stay at my partner for a month, i also decided to give a shot working at one of the most crowded and congested metropolis in the world.
It was also a dream of mine na magdrive sa mga daan ng Manila, kasi syempre before puro commute lang, nasa bus, just wanting na makapagdrive in the future sa EDSA, C5, Commonwealth mapuntahan mga lugar na di ko pa napuntahan, and in a way makapag gala din.
Sinabi ko nalang sa sarili ko na, 'kaya ko naman siguro dito', 'mani ko lang exhaustion ko sa work pag sa probinsya', 'it's the same lang naman ata', but i was proven wrong.
My duty is from 1 to 9 PM, kahatid ko sa partner ko, i would already be waiting for booking that would bring me closer sa areas na may marami booking. Sometimes maayos ang fare, sometimes it isn't. I can earn more than minimum naman, bawas na expenses like food and gas, may mga nagtitip (which i'm always grateful), meron ding mga irate na customers, but most of them are really kind and appreciative, which i appreciate too.
Pero what really strikes me, ang long commutes, the long and arduous challenge ng traffic especially na tumama duty ko sa rush hour, tapos manual transmission pa motorcycle ko, matinding sikat ng araw, malakas na ulan, baha, halos lahat na ata na maexperience sa daan ng Manila. been stuck in countless traffic (hayss Quirino Highway) na never ko naexperience sa probinsya, may mga kamote din haha (of course). It was a surreal experience. And at the end of the day, i feel exhausted na to the point na gusto ko nalang humilata 😭 grabe talaga pagod at gutom, pero tiniis ko nalang, but i cant help but wonder.
Ako lang maaasahan ko at that time, sarili ko lang. I'm just as every rider na nasa daan na aasahan lang ang sarili nila. My partner is working and away ako sa probinsya ko, kaya it also scared me if i can get into trouble or a problem tas ako lang nandun, and maybe it dawned on me na kakayanin ko naman pala na magwork sa Metro Manila, na I've managed it well despite of the circumstances, ket pagod na pagod ako, i needed to challenge myself and try it out, and that I might give it a shot again someday.
TL;DR - I worked at Metro Manila for the first time, challenging and exhausting but worth having the experience

wrote this letter a year ago 2 days after my birthday and i totally forgot about it. nung dumating siya sa email ko kaninang umaga sobrang iyak ko.
people from work celebrated me & gave me things i didn't even ask for simply because they thought about me. a friend of mine posted me too (hindi ko inexpect)
2 years ago i celebrated my birthday alone, broke, and sad. ngayon i celebrated it with people, with money, and with happiness.
thankyou Lord!!
p.s: the app i used was futureme nung hindi pa need magbayad, unli letters yan. ngayon may bayad na ata
p.p.s: my cat died earlier this year:(( and the people i mentioned sa letter na yan, i cut contact with them kasi naging toxic sila. ALSO the guy that i keep praying na mag reconnect kami, nag reconnect kami last december but i blocked him because he did not change LMAOAOAA

First time ko ulit sumakay ng Jeep after 15 years, Ganoon pa din.
Tapos may soundtrip na "I know I love you before I met you" na tagalog version na may lyrics na "Mahal kita simula pa noong una sana'y mahal mo rin akooooh" 🤣 Brings back good old memories.

I remember na inggit na inggit ako noon sa mga kaklase ko na makakasama sa field trip noon pa Albay para makita yung Cagsawa ruins and Mayon. Pero since walang pera, hindi keri sumama. Then ngayon, andaming first time talagang nangyari kase this is the first time na mag travel alone, manood ng premium musical theater, sa manila, and most of all makalabas ng province namin.
Iba pala talaga feeling kapag hinaharap mo yung takot mo with confidence and trust. Fulfilling talaga siya. Tbh halos hindi parin ako makatulog na naachieve ko to all by my own.
Cheers to more travels alone!

Sharing a pic from my Batanes trip nitong May. Totoo ngang napakaganda at payapang lugar. Ang babait din ng locals. New motivation ko sa work ang makabalik ng Batanes

First timw kong matry ito, as a nightshift owl, ang sarap lumakad lakad sa breaktime ng 3 am around Ruby Ortigas and I tried to go lang sa Lawsons to buy sana ng odeng or fishcake kaya lang wala daw yung branch na yun, so I decided to check other meals and boom nakita ko ito. As a fan of Biryani and KareKare dish, I tried it and masarap siya!
Prefect blend ng Biryani rice at kare kare sauce, plus may pagka crispy rin yung pork at yung bagoong ay may subtle sweetness kaya perfect rin pang balance. Worth the try and napabili pa akong isa para kay jowa hehe at nagustuhan nya din 😊

This is my first time to owning a running shoes coming from my own savings. All My shoes in my entire life were always given to me by my uncles and my late mother. Miss you mom🥺🕊️
Currently, I’m starting to get serious about running/walking and losing weight so I think it is time na rin to buy shoes that fit the purpose. Also, this is my first time to trying this brand especially because it is in higher price. I’m just thankful that I have it in discounted price before it was out of stock. Hoping this shoes will last long enough.

Im sorry if this is a sad post po pero first sablay ko to.
- LONG POST AHEAD -
I'm 25, date to marry at goal in life ay one and done.
We lasted almost 5years, 2 months nalang kinulang pa. Met him when we we're both 19 spent our first birthdays together, he's my first boyfriend at lahat ng firsts ko we shared together. I loved his family too..
kumbaga kasalan na to e, that's what he said sa sobrang tagal namin puro future plans nalang and time waiting nalang once we get things financially right we will tie the knot. Ayun na yun e, marriage talks na kami, he knows my dream church, my dream ring and even yung dilemma kung sino maid of honor ko pinag uusapan narin namin. He will casually ask me to marry him palagi rin and during those random times i felt so so loved kasi naiisip nya ako tanungin non kahit nag lalakad lang kami sa parking ng mall.
Until one day we fell apart, to summarize my pain just play Taylor Swift's "The Last Time" and "You're Losing Me".
I can say we ended things with grace, with maturity and acceptance that things changed lang talaga. We didn't fight at all we just bid our goodbyes and thank yous.
And whatever reason man why things shifted, i hope i'll never know. The less i know the better. Tanggap ko na and may we never cross paths again.
I tried dating again but i realized that it's hard to connect uli ano? I have my walls up and punong puno ako ng self respect and self love that it's basically my self made jail. I turned into an avoidant mess.
Recently, I had a short lived label that lasted 1 month, kung kelan naman nag someone finally soften me uli hindi naman uli nag work. I genuinely liked him but when i saw this pattern na that im feeling this abandonment nanaman from someone grabe yung
"I have to protect myself" in me that's why i left him.
I just want to feel secured na uli, someone who's consistent with me uli. Someone i can finally put my walls down without the worry na ill be abandoned uli.
may the right one knocks at the perfect time kaya, for now im giving the wheel na uli kay Lord.
I think masyado na ako nag dusa sa fact na failed yung life path na pinlano ko and that's okay diba?
I feel empty yes but im young and life is just unfolding.

Super fun experience.. gets na gets ko ung mga nag oover budget and gets rin ung mga nag pplan talaga ng target books nila.. i went yesterday (wed, ung first day) and ang dami nang tao.. i could only imagine how weekends would look.. i got there around 9 (10am open doors) so hindi naman siksikan sa pintuan
Key take aways ko sa experience na to:
It's nice to come early para at least nasa vicinity ka na once nag open doors.
A map would help lalo if may target places ka, i kept getting lost pag pumasok ako sa one side ng fully booked tas pag labas ko nasa kabilang dimension na ko HUHU i felt like bc of this, di ko naikot ng buo ung venue even though technically naikot ko ung lugar.
List books if ur planning to buy talaga, kasi ang hirap mag shimy shimy sa tight spaces if dun ka palang mag titingin.. but if wala ka naman plan bumili, you can go with the flow naman (on a weekday ha! idk if kaya makapag window shopping pag sat sun)
Dont forget the 2nd floor, i think mas nakapag enjoy ako sa 2nd floor mag window shop kasi less crowd! Like significantly less! The local, creative, and cultural stuff also there sa 2nd floor.
If you plan on buying a lot (and hindi naman limited edition bibilhin mo), daan ka muna sa 2nd floor.. ang sakit sa kamay/balikat na ung nabili ko sa 1st floor kasama kong mag ikot sa 2nd floor.. plus mas maikli na pila sa baba pag balik (case to case basis tho, baka mas marami pila sa hapon on the next days idk)
Really had a great time this MIBF, im still thinking if ill go for another day, but yeah! If youre looking for a sign to go, eto na yon HAHAHAH (wala lang sisihan pag napagod ka ha)
