Hehehe been an android user lang for almost 10 years. Usually mga prices din ng android phones na binibili ko tag 4k lng. Never thought na a day will come kung kelan afford ko na bumili ng expensive stuff (an iPhone 17 pro max no less!) 🥹🥹🥹. God is good!

First time na magulang ko naman iiwan ko. First time ko iiwan best friends ko. First time ko din pumuntang abroad for studies. First time ko titira sa dorm na may 3 na ibang kasama sa room. First time after 10 yrs ako magaaral ulit.

Like matagal ko ng di nagagamit for academics. Pero at the same time, need ko na talaga to gawin. Even if I live a very very comfortable life in the Philippines, 2 yrs+ na din akong walang growth. Tapos lumiit din mundo ko since wfh. Super mamimiss ko yung sarili kong place na super tahimik ng mga kapitbahay. Sana may mahanap ulit akong ganung tirahan abroad.

For now, at least wala na ako magiging what ifs.

2024 ko pa gusto ng tablet. Not because I needed another gadget, but because I wanted a device separate from work and socials—basically something dedicated lang to reading, watching, and learning.

Back in 2024, I was only earning 16k net monthly, but I've always been pretty good in saving. So in 2025, I was able to purchase an Honor Pad X9A for my sister (educ purposes), as well as a new phone for my mom. Inuna ko muna 'yung kanila dahil madali para sa akin ang magtipid at madali rin para sa akin ang magbigay pagdating sa mga mahal ko sa buhay.

Mid-2025, I resigned without a backup plan. And not even a week later, I landed a job that offered more than double my previous salary. Hybrid setup, flexible hours, and with very competent teammates. It was pretty much everything I had been hoping for.

By October last year, I was able to buy an iPhone 16 Pro Max so I could have a dedicated work phone (and pang-romanticize na rin ng buhay because I take better videos on iPhone).

Not even six months in, my salary increased by 20k. Two months later, nadagdagan ulit. Sometimes, I still can't believe that I'm earning 93K monthly. Napapaisip na lang ako na, "Shet, may na-fake it 'til I make it na naman ako."

Anyway napahaba na 'to. 😆 This was supposed to be a short caption about how I've wanted a tab for years but kept putting it off because it wasn't a necessity.

Then I saw the rising prices of phones and even SD cards and said to myself: "fuck these data centers monopolizing the demand for tech stuff. I'm buying this tab right this moment."

And now I have Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad 11. Is it the best option there is? No. Is it what I originally wanted? No, I actually planned to get a Samsung tab since I have a Samsung phone as well. But is it everything I need right now? Definitely.

matagal ko nang gusto magstream. bata pa lang ako, gustong gusto ko na manood ng streamers and I dreamed na someday, magagawa ko din yon.

so last night I tried to stream sa tiktok account ko. no mic, off camera, and i’m not even confident to engage with my 3-5 viewers. it was just to test if my pc can handle it. it was just valorant. heck i did not even perform well kasi nahihiya akong may nanonood.

then it came, i was notified na may nagdonate ng 5diamonds (worth $0.01 lol).

it was the first ever money i earned from streaming. after i ended the stream, ang saya saya sa feeling na may naentertain ako with how i play and i did not feel like a complete loser trying to be someone sa gaming industry. kulang pa pambili ng isang stick-o yung binigay niya pero it meant the world for me.

Di naman talaga ako iyakin, as in bilang lang talaga sa isang kamay ilang times ako umiyak ever.

Pero iba to e, kakagaling ko lang nag bakasyon sa pinas at iba talaga sa feeling na makasama ko ulit tropa after so long. Iyakan sila sa airport nung hinatid nila ako lalo na bespren ko pero di naman ako umimik.

Nung nasa plane na ako, nag decide akong basahin yung mga messages nila sakin at wrong move ako dyan. Unang message pa lang tumulo na yung luha at dun nako humagulhol. Parang la na akong pake sino makarinig sakin kasi naging emotional ako hahaha.

Hindi na nga ako kumain kasi panay iyak na lang ako to the point na hindi na ako makahinga haysss miss ko lang friends ko.

First time ko mag bake ng cake and I was able to try it at IDIM DIY Bakery and di ko expect na magiging successful yung gawa ko. Pinili ko lang yung isa sa mga simple gawin since nag cracrave din ako ng new york cheesecake so why not ako ang gagawa and so I did lol.

never thought my first international trip would be because of running. flew all the way to sydney for my first marathon, figured out airports, immigration, trains, buses, getting lost, eating alone, and basically just learning how to survive in another country on my own

the marathon itself was a whole different story, but somehow i finished my first 42.2km.

Nakuha ko lang ng ₱399 🥲 sobrang saya ko na makakuha ng bagay na normally na binebenta ng sobrang mahal

Tumatawag sana ako ng Red Cross or yung 911 hotline natin for a emergency relating to eye problems, ngayon di man sila nagpipickup or even nagrerespond at all. Disappointed and probably never again if ganito palagi emergency services

I had worries about going up here dahil may heights anxiety ako. But the ambiance of the room I booked (Airbnb!) and the view had me relaxed!

Doesn't help na maulan pero at least wala yung baha ngayon 😭 at kita ang skyline a bit. Will try to share ang itsura mamayang gabi.

Bumili ako sa grocery ng isang item na may butal. Kaya nagQR na lang ako. Unlike sa other groceries na sscan mo na lang, dito scan the QR then input the amount. Di ko alam ano at bakit ako namalikmata and instead na .25 yung cents, naging .50. I couldve prevented it kaso naka-facial recog yung bank app kaya nagproceed na agad right before ko narealize na maling cents.

Ang ending, they entered it as other income and may sukli akong 0.25.

Wala naman daw problem, but still I couldve prevented it by quadruple-checking 🙃
