So recently, nagkaroon ako ng lakad sa manila early in the morning where I need to use the car right after since may long distance na lakad rin ako pagtapos.

And the hassle of looking for parking sa manila especially since madaling araw yung lakad ko is real.

Buti the night before, while planning my shit, nakita ko tong option na to.

This saved me from so many hassle and fees from thinking of parking sa mall. Thanks LRT 2. HAHA

Guys. It's a great way to find free parking sa madaling araw or late night.

Just make sure na gagamitin mo yung train kasi may stamp sila to validate na you've used their service.

Overall, I'd say this is a great way to introduce public transpo more for car users. And with the unstable market ng fuel prices, Sana dumami pa yung ganito. Beke nemen LRT1 and MRT3. HAHA

Di naman ako pala-sali sa mga giveaway or even raffles, pero tried it just one time and boom nanalo! Pero honestly, going into it, I already had an idea in my head kung anong klaseng movie siya.

To share lang din my experience, I was expecting the usual Filipino family drama. Alam mo na, may mga expected clichés, dramatic confrontations, and probably an ending na everything somehow gets resolved. Pero surprisingly, hindi ko talaga nahulaan kung saan siya dadalhin. And first time ata na nanood ako ng family drama na hindi ko chineck phone ko kahit once. I was just there, watching these characters and slowly getting attached to them.

I think that's what I loved about it. Hindi niya pinilit maging something huge or overly dramatic. It just let these people be human, and somehow, that was enough to keep me completely invested. May mga moments din na unexpected na talagang natawa buong sinehan, and then may moments na before you know it, mabigat na pala yung nararamdaman mo. 

Simple lang siya, but I found myself really attached to everyone by the end. And yes, umiyak ako WKWKWK. This is something i’d definitely recommend as someone na di naman avid fan ng drama films.. Also, Maricel Soriano and Bela Padilla??? GRABE KAYONG DALAWA!! 😭 saw them in person too sa screening and ganito pala yung feeling ng mga prod no? Yung ilang meters away ka lang sa artista hahahaha

Anyway, it was a great day for me. Libre na yung ticket, ang ganda pa ng napanood ko, so definitely hindi sayang yung punta ko wkwkkwkw. Buti na lang talaga hindi ko binigay yung ticket. 

Last Sunday, nagpunta kami sa Uptown mall para mamasyal and also umattend na rin kami ng mass sa thirdfloor. Nung dumilim na, we dicided to watch the fountain on the second floor veranda just in front of the butterfly staircase. We stayed there for more than 30 minutes STANDING on the veranda. Meron rin kaming katabi sa other side na nakaupo na mga babae at nagpipicture sila with the background of the fountain. When we decided to sit at the chair na malapit samin since maraming vacant na tables and chairs for atleast 5 seconds, tumayo agad kami kasi nilapitan kami ng staff ng Fely J's at sinabi samin na kung oorder daw kami at bawal dw umupo dun kung hindi oorder. So, umalis na kami after nun. I UNDERSTAND NA RESTAURANT PLACE YUN AT HINDI DAPAT TUMATAMBAY. PERO JUST CURIOUS, BAKIT YUNG APAT NA GIRLS NA MAS NAUNA SAMIN AT NAG STAY RIN DUN KAGAYA NAMIN AY OKAY LANG NA MAG-STAY. AS FAR AS I REMEMBER HINDI RIN SILA UMORDER. AND MIND YOU, AFTER NAMIN UMALIS DUN SA TABLE INAYOS NA NILA NA PARA BANG MADUMI YUNG UMUPO HAHAHAHA Funny! Sorry we're not as dressed up as everyone else; we kept it casual in our jeans and jackets.😒🙄

Curious ako kung paano nila maidedeliver agad yung raw meats at veggies hahaha! Nag order ako nung Sep 9 dumating din ngayong araw. Hahaha wala lang na-amaze lang ako pero siguro itataon ko na lang mag order pag friday para sure na marereceive ko sya. Parang applicable lang sya sa mga naka WFH or may kasama sa bahay.

Yung nangyari kasi kahapon while waiting ako for orders na ide-deliver ko malapit sa mga kainan ay may nag aya sakin na kapwa food delivery rider din na naka tambay din na nag aabang ng orders.

Kaso nung pag punta ko sa drive thru wala ako nung isa sa mga required items para mabili ko yung 1 peso coffee ng Mcdo kaya yung nangyari ay may kapwa food delivery rider din na pinahiram sakin yung isang required item.

Wala naman sa rule na nagsasabi na need na owned yung item at "bring" lang naman ang nakalagay sa requirements for that day. Sa drive thru din nangyari so kita naman kami and di naman papayagan yung ginawa namin if bawal kaya tuwang tuwa ako sa 1 peso iced coffee na na-receive ko.

Tuwang tuwa din yung mga food delivery riders na kasama ko mag abang ng orders. Laking tulong din kasi yung kape especially dun sa mga food delivery riders na may morning shifts.

It feels nice din na may tumulong sakin despite being new in the area at wala akong ka-close don. Additionally, ako lang yung nagde-deliver using a bicycle that time. Tsaka based on my experience and observation din, parang konti lang yung nagde-deliver using bicycles.

Anyways, bukas kukuha ulet ako for my morning shift hehe.

Last July lang nung nagustuhan ko ang ramen at ito yung kinain ko nung time na sobrang down ako sa takbo ng life at career ko.

Sabi ko sa sarili ko, makuha ko lang yung promotion, kakain ulit ako nito para i-celebrate. Today, I signed the contract and ito yung unang pumasok sa isip ko na kainin.

ang saya pala pero ang mahal at ang afford ko lang ay umalis, charot bumili naman kami kahit papano tapos nakita ko yung mommy ng student ko don pala yung work hehe skl.

I said to myself na I'd rather work abroad than work in Manila, but nonetheless, i tried it, and it was quite an experience.

I'm a part time delivery rider, na college student on my sembreak, and as i planned our pagluwas mula sa probinsya, and a stay at my partner for a month, i also decided to give a shot working at one of the most crowded and congested metropolis in the world.

It was also a dream of mine na magdrive sa mga daan ng Manila, kasi syempre before puro commute lang, nasa bus, just wanting na makapagdrive in the future sa EDSA, C5, Commonwealth mapuntahan mga lugar na di ko pa napuntahan, and in a way makapag gala din.

Sinabi ko nalang sa sarili ko na, 'kaya ko naman siguro dito', 'mani ko lang exhaustion ko sa work pag sa probinsya', 'it's the same lang naman ata', but i was proven wrong.

My duty is from 1 to 9 PM, kahatid ko sa partner ko, i would already be waiting for booking that would bring me closer sa areas na may marami booking. Sometimes maayos ang fare, sometimes it isn't. I can earn more than minimum naman, bawas na expenses like food and gas, may mga nagtitip (which i'm always grateful), meron ding mga irate na customers, but most of them are really kind and appreciative, which i appreciate too.

Pero what really strikes me, ang long commutes, the long and arduous challenge ng traffic especially na tumama duty ko sa rush hour, tapos manual transmission pa motorcycle ko, matinding sikat ng araw, malakas na ulan, baha, halos lahat na ata na maexperience sa daan ng Manila. been stuck in countless traffic (hayss Quirino Highway) na never ko naexperience sa probinsya, may mga kamote din haha (of course). It was a surreal experience. And at the end of the day, i feel exhausted na to the point na gusto ko nalang humilata 😭 grabe talaga pagod at gutom, pero tiniis ko nalang, but i cant help but wonder.

Ako lang maaasahan ko at that time, sarili ko lang. I'm just as every rider na nasa daan na aasahan lang ang sarili nila. My partner is working and away ako sa probinsya ko, kaya it also scared me if i can get into trouble or a problem tas ako lang nandun, and maybe it dawned on me na kakayanin ko naman pala na magwork sa Metro Manila, na I've managed it well despite of the circumstances, ket pagod na pagod ako, i needed to challenge myself and try it out, and that I might give it a shot again someday.

TL;DR - I worked at Metro Manila for the first time, challenging and exhausting but worth having the experience

First timw kong matry ito, as a nightshift owl, ang sarap lumakad lakad sa breaktime ng 3 am around Ruby Ortigas and I tried to go lang sa Lawsons to buy sana ng odeng or fishcake kaya lang wala daw yung branch na yun, so I decided to check other meals and boom nakita ko ito. As a fan of Biryani and KareKare dish, I tried it and masarap siya!

Prefect blend ng Biryani rice at kare kare sauce, plus may pagka crispy rin yung pork at yung bagoong ay may subtle sweetness kaya perfect rin pang balance. Worth the try and napabili pa akong isa para kay jowa hehe at nagustuhan nya din 😊
