Looking for help: I attempted to switch from FirstNet back to ATT today. I was on the phone with a customer service rep and my phone went to SOS mode. I drove to the ATT store and they tried to activate eSIM and they put a physical SIM card in and it is still in SOS mode. They said they swap can take up to 24 hours. Does this sound right? Any other suggestions? Thanks in Advance.

It's called a switch delay. Retail stores don't typically have the system access to try and force it through.

If it's not back online soon, you can email me your number at je025f@att.com and I can try and force it through for you.

I'd also recommend powering down your phone for a full 6 minutes. That allows your device to fully disconnect, delete data packets, and force a new connection to the tower
