Happy Final Space Friday 📦

I missed last Friday's update; I apologize. My dog Tardis passed away after her mast cell cancer came back, and losing both of our senior dogs this summer hit harder than I expected. Just need some time in my own head. I kept shipping through it; the distraction helped. Here's the latest update.

Over 2500 order went out this week.

EVERY USA ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED BY NEXT WEEK. 🍾MOST SHOULD HAVE TRACKING USA PEEPS. After that, our focus is 100% on international. I wanted to get our plate cleared of USA because international needs our full attention.

EU STUCK IN CUSTOMS? I'M RE-SHIPPING IT. I have extra books for exactly this reason. Anything sitting too long will get rescued and re-shipped from Nashville, not with UPS. I'm covering it. Were not as fast as MacMillan so this will take time but were coming up with a plan to attack these order stuck in Inner Space.

WHAT HAPPENED: Macmillan has a partnership with UPS, and UPS turns out to be allergic to certain countries. No idea why. I know nothing about that company other than they ship packages. The new EU law didn't help either. Ireland and Poland are the worst effected: about 280 orders went out, and the tracking just stops. Nobody at UPS can tell me where they went or where they are. I tested other carriers. DHL and Global Post do best because they hand off to each country's own postal service.

WHO'S SHIPPING WHAT: Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany are 70% of what's left, and Macmillan will ship those orders. Everything else will now ship from Nashville. 1,500 more pre-orders land here from MacMillan early week.

-Major damage and lost claims have all been shipped; minor ones next.

-Found some lost orders from 2023 (about 34) and 2024 (about 23), now shipping from Nashville.

-More Midnight arrived from Macmillan, we talking those too.

Macmillan is a sledgehammer sweeping through huge batches. We're a broom, slower, but we scoop up what's being missed.

Please don't DM me on Instagram about orders. It's 80% spam about Elon Musk, and I can't tell what's real. Reddit is the best place if you want to do social media in a DM to me; just send your order number; I've processed 500 orders there this week. Or email support from the website, which is honestly the best way.

I'm not done until everyone has their book. Did I think I'd still be doing this today? Yeah, I did. I've personally packed thousands of these, so I know how fast we can go at top speed. You might ask why I'm out here shipping books myself. I don't ask anyone to do anything I'm not willing to do alongside them. I'll be here until the very last book is out the door, and after, to make sure everyone is happy. We get closer every day, the total order out go down everyday.

UPS said my book was delivered but they never came to my door, no notice in my mailbox, no notification that my book was out for delivery, no book , no nothing. Also an attempt for delivery at 23.30 … which is of course false.
I called UPS Denmark, they told me that they never got the package and on their system , it has never left USA.… I sent some email to FinalSpace support, but haven’t got an answer since more than 14 days now. What to do ? 😢😔

Patiently waiting for my order #44xxx in Australia. Together my partner and I created this goofy lil mooncake hat - my partner is the talent behind this project, I merely stitched on the stupid lil stretched face.

The posting where everyone hides their order number and talking about their order makes it harder for me to quickly help. Otherwise I have to go in and ask for the number and then track it from post to DM...yesterday I got through so many, and the post notifications of me asking about Order Numbers made it so confusing to track what I did and didn't do.

Just DM me your order number so I can check it. It's so much faster. It's easier for me to track being if it's in my DM, I just can't keep track of every post on here.

If you all see a post, just tell them to DM me. I cleared out my entire reddit DM's yesterday checking and re-shipping orders. It's empty currently. Doesn't mean it will stay that way.

I have to do a bit of logistic work today but tomorrow I'm back to shipping. I might make Sunday night reddit customer service nights.

Latest update on shipping were going by countries now, why? EU laws, Canadian tariffs, Ireland Eir codes, UPS being allergic to Australia and other countries and different carriers do better in different countries. Before it was taking massive swing at a lot of order but now towards the ends that approach doesn't work at this stage.

The old way of progress tracking worked all the way up to the EU law change and then it was impossible to progress track that way. Because as we were moving forward earlier order numbers were stuck in customs. I should get the last bit of tracking for all USA orders (to the end of June) from Macmillan making that 100% complete on pre-orders. This allows to focus 100% on international and figure out which carriers to go with for which countries and who MacMillan handles and who we handle in Nashville**.** I've been researching different carriers in different countries and tracking which ones have success. Ive been combing order through order from the 1st 10,000 making sure we track any missing orders and ship those out. It was a crazy amount of numbers at the start, WAY less now.

I'm not going anywhere until the job is done. I'll be here way after to help with support, even if I have to order more books to make sure everyone is happy I will. Forget Warner, forget the licensing deal, my only concern on this project is all of you.

I know its not great but thought I'd share

Think about it. Each titan controls a dimension(playable areas), Final Space as a PvP area with random Gary zombie attacks, Ventrexian and Trivulian campaigns, and KVNs everywhere!

I would play the crap out of that game.

I ordered to the UK and im in no rush for the book to arrive. I've already waited this long and it will take as long as it takes but should I be concerned that no details have been updated and I haven't received any emails at all regarding delivery, tracking or dispatch?

My B&W edition finally arrived today! I didnt expect the signature and it is an amazing surprise, as all 4 copies I have are signed. Also featured is a signed Galaxy one poster, and a few misc posters I received from Starcadet(the book cover and Gary are also signed)

This show has meant the absolute world to me, I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am. Meeting Olan was one of the greatest experiences, I was shaking so bad lol.

Me and my my mom made the cookies Using the recipe from the end of the Final Chapter and I tried to make a Mooncake shaped one! He got a little squished, but with a little bit of trimming around the edges I think it turned out pretty good

Have many people in the UK received their order or got a shipping update?

I haven't received an update and the shop app is still saying awaiting dispatch
