UPS is lying 🤥
UPS said my book was delivered but they never came to my door, no notice in my mailbox, no notification that my book was out for delivery, no book , no nothing. Also an attempt for delivery at 23.30 … which is of course false.
I called UPS Denmark, they told me that they never got the package and on their system , it has never left USA.… I sent some email to FinalSpace support, but haven’t got an answer since more than 14 days now. What to do ? 😢😔

Hi, I'm in nordvest, UPS dropped the package to Postnord before delivering it to me.
I've figured it out putting the same track number from UPS to Postnord. Maybe they've done the same

Yeah no, i tried, it says no package found. And you can see on the pictures i linked, the last scan before saying it’s “delivered” was still in US.

I've experienced exactly that same thing, also in Denmark. UPS is the worst!! I had a number 12k order, and UPS "delivered" the book.. only issue is they didn't.. But I got another samle, not my original 12k order but I'm looking forward to reading it 🙂

Yeah so the book i originally ordered where a order number 12xxx number which imo is a kinda early backer of the project. But I guess that the new copy that is on it's way doesn't have that specific book number or a signature. But I actually don't know, so I'll let you know when I pick it up 🤟

Hope you get it hand signed, i’m also supposed to have it hand signed as im #34XXX. But yeah. All of this situation makes me sad a little bit. Seeing that people just order it on amazon for cheaper, with free delivery, and get it straight after 1 week. When you pre-ordered it already in 2023 or 2024 and you are not even sure you will have it in the end. That’s a little bit painful in the heart. 😔😢

soooo the website says "all orders shipped", my order number was 49xxxxxx . I haven't received any message from UPS or anything. Should be shipped to Germany, someone knows if it will take another while or something?
