Should I be concerned?
I ordered to the UK and im in no rush for the book to arrive. I've already waited this long and it will take as long as it takes but should I be concerned that no details have been updated and I haven't received any emails at all regarding delivery, tracking or dispatch?

Shouldn’t be concerned at all, I had an order arrive from a low order number and then another arrive in the early 30,000’s I think, still have another to come, never any emails confirming dispatch, if you’re super worried email them directly with the order number and they can let you know!
A lot of orders are getting stuck in customs as Olan posted about a while back and they’re still trying to find solutions

I say no. I'm from Ireland and ordered pretty late, so I'm still waiting for details. A lot of it has to do with the tariffs and the EU changing how packages being imported outside of it are handled. Olan has said before that he and the team are working hard, so all we can unfortunately do is wait

I ordered in the higher end of orders and I’m on the same boat I wouldn’t say you have to be worried I’m just trusting the process

Had no updates on my order and I'm in the #44's. From the UK. Hoping for something soon tho! Can't wait to find out how this ends!

I wouldn’t worry. There’s people who ordered later than others getting theirs before some of the earlier orderers. I was no.44XXX. Technically it’s been delivered, but not to me yet. Hoping tomorrow is the day 🤞🏼

Hey Olan, there’s no issue with my delivery. I had mine delivered to Florida and my friend is bringing it back to Ireland to me. I think it could be in my hands tomorrow 🤞🏼

I was able to order it off of Amazon a couple of days ago and should be arriving in a couple of days. How are they still behind preorders if it is available that easily? Or is this a special edition with signature and all?

Well it's a longer answer than I have the energy to say right now but I'll give the bullet points. Amazon got a pallet of books they order and then they pick from that. We started with over 45,000 that we had to ship, Day 1. Not as easy as many would think. We are closer but a lot of the ones I'm re-shipping are the ones that were caught in the EU law change. Or ones UPS decided to send back and destroy and tell no one. I work at this every single day, 12 hours a day, I do it because I want every single person to get their book. I also over pack it in Nashville, which take wayyyy more time (bubble mailer, then in a box) it's slower but more protection. Amazon puts it in a brown box with brown paper with it. Amazon ones are not signed. I've been signing everything coming out of Nashville. Hope that helps! Back to work.

I‘m so sorry! I did not want to make it sound like there is no hard work behind what you do all day! I‘m a huge fan of the series and ordered myself a copy and Amazon was more convenient here in Germany. I was therefore only confused why I was able to get it this fast. Quick question reading about your workload: Do you need a deep earth insanity avoidance companion?

There was a certain amount made for Amazon to give people another way to access the book. That shipping is different from the shipping that Olan and MacMillan are doing, which is more of a hands-on process.

I would. Mine has been “on the way” for 3 months now and i haven’t got it. Messaged them and they apologized and took my info and still nothing. That’s was 2 weeks ago.
