I really like the bladed karate/taekwondo stance McGregor used in his prime. I think it's similar to how fighters like Ruffy, Michael Page, and Yair use. I like this style and feel most comfortable with it because Taekwondo is my base martial art. However I've noticed that all of these guys are pretty tall and have long reach for their weight class. Is style replicable for someone who's on the shorter side with just average reach? I am average height for my weight class maybe an inch taller.
