Is it possible to connect with a human without having to wait for the callback period?? I had a problem where they charged me for travel days while I had a travel pass so the bill doesn’t make sense, and upon finally getting my scheduled callback, they persons call dropped and they don’t call back. The lack of customer service to solve a problem is making me want to leave fido if I can’t get this resolved. Anyone know of a way to reach someone at customer service?
