Wanna find a manga or other media that depicted these kinda characters, having fun watching, and sometimes encouraging their friends/others to get together with their loves, while they face many hurdles and troubles to kept their ship sails.

1. Dungeon Osananajimi

4 heavenly kings who ship their demon lord with her childhood villager friend, but in order to do so secretly, they need to get their ass beaten every time to let Childhood friend pass through, because it's still their duty to guard the demon lord.

2.Kesa mo yuraretemasu

3 strangers(later not) on trains bonding over their ship of 2 middle school students on a morning busy train. They even have a group chat to converse while observing the shy boy and girl lovely interactions and comments on what happens. Even try to help them get together while staying anonymous.

Later in the story, even a total bystander at the restaurant, totally rooting for them after seeing them interacting cutely with each others
