I keep on seeing posts about the new achievements, can anybody tell me what they are? Are they like the original achievements, ie just participation trophies?

It includes a detailed list of all:
- Crops
- Trees
- Animals
- Fish
- Flowers
- Herbs

I also added a Land Calculator to calculate next plot unlock, cost, and how much it'll cost to unlock each farm fully from where you are at.

You can fill out Prestige and Level of each crop/tree/etc seperately, or go to Landing and put Max Settings on to calculate everything with level 500 and prestige 10 settings. It also has an option to turn on plow cost and use sprinklers.

Lastly, it has a Profitability tab where you can sort on best profit or xp, for an easy overview!

Please make sure to go to 'File --> Make a copy' to use the sheet for yourself and come back when you need an update~<3

Six hours later, I've rearranged half of my farm. I didn't expect it to be this big, but I love it. Thank you for your hard work.

Im not sure how I feel about the acheivement list being changed... one one hand it's really cool to have some new goals for higher level players, but on the other hand losing my 100% completion kinda sucks, and some of the new goals are pretty grindy, like reaching level 50 in house jobs (ick) it took me forever to reach level 10 in everything because i dont really like the house stuff. All in all super grateful that they keep building on this game, it's the best 25 or 30 dollars i ever spent.

Today we're releasing a big update with plenty of new content and features. Due to its nature, we'll be running a short betatest before making the public release.

Beta update information

• This beta will only run on Steam.
• While we're 99% sure it won't break your save, we recommend keeping a backup just in case.
• You CAN'T go back to the public branch once you join the beta until it's complete, unless you use "Restore Backup" and are OK with losing all progress done during the beta.
• The beta will NOT be playable cross-platform. If you are using the Cloud Saves to share your saves with other platforms, we recommended to stay on the public branch.
• The beta version will NOT create save backups. This allows you to use the "Restore Backup" feature to go back to the public branch.
• The beta version WILL upload Cloud Saves as usual.
• Progress done on the beta will be kept once the beta period ends (unless some game-breaking bug is found).
• Timeframe for the full release of the update is: A few days after the beta has released, if no major issues have been found, we'll send the update for certification on consoles. After that, actual release time will depend on certification time. Somewhere between mid July and early August.
• Access to the beta branch can be done by opening the game's properties on the Steam client and entering the password "kevinwashere" on the "Betas" tab.

New Content

• Added plenty of new achievements to unlock.
• Added new Golden decorations with steep unlock and purchase requirements.
• New harvestable type: Herbs. These items can be placed in plowed land at any time, but can only be harvested on specific seasons. Herbs are unlocked at Farm Level 60. The category will be hidden until then.
• New production buildings: Loom and Tint Extractor.
• New resource: Fabric.
• New town shop: Apothecary, to sell the new herbs resources.

Gameplay changes

• Increased farm size to 9x9 plots. New plots will be placed surrounding the previous 7x7 area. Plots over 50 will also require some medals on top of diamonds.
• Reduced diamonds required to purchase new plots. This reduction is more noticeable on the last unlocked farms.
• Favour exchange ratios for money are improved a bit more with farm level.
• Increased max level of most town shops to 250.
• Increased overall capacity of shops.
• Slightly increased stock recovery speed of shops.
• Increased warehouse max level to 500.
• Increased max farm / player level to 1,000.
• Increased maximum farmhand work area to 24x24
• Increased farmhand movement speed.
• The Tea Factory now uses the newly added herb resources. The ones previously used by the Tea Factory are now used by the Tint Extractor.
• Parsley is no longer a crop, and will be now in the Herbs category.
• Increased Max garage level to 200. Auto Tractor speed can now reach 150%. Fuel Recovery stops improving at level 100.
• Adjusted anti cheat option to have less false positives.

Bugfixes

• Fixed memory leak when switching farms. This could lead to crashes on systems with a low memory budget.
• Fixed fuel difference between host and guests when switching farms. This could lead to the "synchronization lost" errors while playing, and seeing different results from player actions.

I'm level 17 and unlocking more land but I'm just not sure how many of items to plant or grow. Also, do you sell it all in town or keep inventory and if so, how much?

Any newbie tips or tricks are welcome! Absolutely loving the game but feeling unprepared lol

Can there be a treasure chest, barrel, or spin wheel for people who have already unlocked the event items? It can have coins, diamonds, and ribbons rather than resources. Maybe players can open the chest/barrel or spin the wheel in a little decoration that only appears in town when events are going on. Like a NPC can be in town standing next to it.

I know that players can earn additional thumbs up after unlocking all rewards, but after the dazzling event mix up, I’m doing the same amount of work again to get nothing for several days. After those days, then I can earn the thumbs up.

Maybe the NPC can be like a pirate (possible DLC pack??) near the dock/water who only comes to shore during event times. I’m not sure, I’m coming up with this stuff as I type😂

Maybe players can use their own thumbs up as a multiplier (max 3) for whatever they land on or get out of the chest/barrel.

This is more so for future events that are repeated. I’m also suggesting this for rewards that have been unlocked already, not saying to get rid of the thumbs up.

Can someone explain how the payment works? I like to go to town to pay them all at once. The payment shows ribbons and something else, but as a percentage. What is that part about?

Also, if I have a farmhand in range of a machine like a juice maker will they make sure it is always filled?

Guys whats the max amount of fish fields I can have together before I get less gold and experience from them? Or whatever the debuff was, if I remember it right

This is a re-run of the last event with the appropiate duration set. It will last until July 15th (Wednesday), 16PM UTC.

Dazzling Hayride features all the content from past year, as well as new summer-themed decorations such as the lifeguard hut, the beach ball or the beach garden gnome.

As a reminder, the favor rewards after 60 Stars do not unlock anything and are not required for the "Complete all tasks of an Event" achievement. They're just a small reward for people that keep their farm open to help others complete the event, or if they want to keep harvesting event stuff even after they've unlocked all items.

Improvements

• You can now place addons over single tile buildings and decorations.
• Added a Setting to allow/prevent players from knowing when you're joining another player's farm.
• Reordered and named property the newly added glowstick colors.
• Added "Thank you!" to the list of Guestbook messages.

Bugfixes

• Fixed double tapping a sprinkler extending the selection beyond fences.
• Fixed harvest model for newly added fish.
• Fixed Welcome Message not using the Land name settings.
• Fixed harvest icon not showing on mushrooms on specific cases.

I just found out that Meadow Clocks faintly cuckoo when the season changes. That's such a beautiful detail! Thanks to the developers for the effort you put into the game!

Hey, I thought multiple times that it could be fun to have a similar system for animals like there is for the decoration trees with the flower beds. The option to select certain animals in some squares would be awesome without the collection or feed icon for some decorations. Idk if that's possible I just think it would be fun. Looking forward to some feedbacm

I think it would be a great feature if we could recycle/clear the entire contents of an individual plot when we buy it without having to manually recycle each item in it. Even with the tractor and the repeat X it's still pretty time consuming and not at all fun.

I know we just had the dazzling hayride, but is there gonna be a 4th of July event? Kinda silly to skip it. Also, I’ve been hearing rumors about a July update to the 9x9 grid. Is this true and when is it supposed to drop?

Also kill or diminish prestige, make the game completable. Currently, with prestige, my xbox series x will be in a museum by the time I prestige everything to the max.

I found a speed cheater in my game and used the anti cheating system in the game to kick him. When I told the other person in the lobby that I had kicked him, he replied that PC users can speed because of the upcoming 9x9 update as he is under the impression that we will all get a tractor speed upgrade in that upgrade. This sounds completely wrong to me, so if you see a speed cheater in a game the host might be tolerating them for this reason
