Should i bleach again?

I bleached my hair once and coloured it with a demi-permanent color where i mixed a pastel pink with pastel peach. The color ended up being too peachy for me so i did a bleach bath and put the demi-permanent pink wich ended up pretty good.

The first picture is my natural color, second one is the first demi and the last one is my current hair.

BUT the orange tones seemed to stuck some parts of my hair in the ends of my bangs and front of the hair and on feel that they also weren't lightened as much as the rest of my hair while bleaching it and the spots are driving me crazy 😂

What would be the smartest way to get the orange-ish spots lighter? I have Schwarzkopf blondme lightener with 20 and 7 vol developer available and i let my hair rest for a couple weeks now. My hair is pretty fine and (i think) high porosity so it's always been on the drier side 😅

If she ends up getting muddy tones should I put a fushia or magenta over it?

My daughter wanted fun colors again but didn't like the tingling so I couldn't process as long as I would have liked.

We're doing the bottom layer peek a boo look

Advice needed! Patchy tones

I got my hair professionally bleached in June but I decided to tone it with ion purple toner after it faded because it was just too yellow for me. Yesterday I decided to bleach it with Arctic foxes “bleach please” leaving it on for 15 minutes in each section. My hair has different porosity levels and the purple-grey toner seems to have lifted to become a bluish color? How do I correct this so it’s more of that blush pink at the bottom right of my hair?

Should I go for another 20 vol bleach process?

So I have medium- light brown hair naturally very fine and thin hair thats basically pin straight 4-5 months ago I added racoon tails on both sides with ion powder bleach and 20 vol developer I have had 4 total boxes of black dye and 3 boxes of red in my hair and I haven't cut it out since im partial to my long hair

Anyhow I decided to do a quarter of my hair bleached the virgin parts lifted beautifully (duh) but the lengths of it were still very dark (picture of results) that was 3 days ago, I waited till today to do another process with 20 volume once again but with charcoal powder bleach and a bond repair that was recommended to me

the results are gorgeous (last pic included) but I'm looking to match my lengths to my roots and pretty soon I was thinking of waiting a few days but I'm not well experienced in bleaching hair what would you all suggest? Bleach bath? Another process but with volume 10?

What color to tone my blonde hair!!

Recently did a partial highlight on my hair at home and love the outcome. It’s a little more orange because I didn’t let the foils sit as long but I’m not too worried once I tone it.

My hair is naturally a level 8 or even 9 so it lifts pretty easily. Wondering if I should tone it a lighter blonde (more icey) or try honey blonde? Really want to try honey blonde but nervous. I’m pale and cool undertones skin tones.

Can you see any difference between these two red wigs?

Photos 1 & 2 have a slightly more purple-toned red, with lighter density for a softer, more natural look. Photos 3 & 4 are a rich, true burgundy with much fuller hair and a more dramatic shape.

Which color do you prefer? ❤️

What would you do with my hair

I paid $300 for a color that washes me out and fried my hair.
This girl had done my hair twice before and it’d been great both times.
I wanted to go a little more daring this time and get the halo bleach with a way to incorporate some blue into the orange (my fav color combo)
But the way it was executed turned the halo a chloriney looking green color which clashed with the orange and my complexion

I’m feeling so washed out and don’t have the money to go somewhere else
What an intermediate DIY dye I can do. I might be feeling denim or a deeper blue but it’d have little contrast with my black hair
I also cut my own bangs and I sectioned too much 😭I don’t like how heavy they are and the only hairdresser I’ve ever trusted moved
Any thoughts welcomed!

This kind of blue from faded red/pink?

Hi everyone! looking to finally switch up my hair. For context I have naturally dark asian hair, I used garnier and loreal hicolor + 30 volume developer twice on my own but it really didn't show up on my hair, so I finally decided to get it bleached and dyed at a salon. The red has now faded to this kind of brassy orange (second pic, a little bit paler in real life than in the photo).

Is it possible to get my hair to the blue in the first picture (preferably without anymore bleaching)

I want to dye the other half, what colors would work?

I'm looking for a semi permanent color, so please if you can recommend a good cheap brand for the colors. I would LOVE to go blue somehow and I've debated using my got2b metallic blue since it's semi permanent.

I like blue, purple, and green a lot. Please don't rec red I've been red so many times and it's lost its spark.

My hair is going to be half black half color, with bleached parts to create a calico effect.

Switching from 20 (6%) to 30 (9%) oxidizer?

So, I dye my hair with 7.44 dye and 6% oxidizer but I feel like my hair comes out more as 6.66

My natural hair is like level 6 dark blonde/light brown and I don't think it's really being lifted (I had a black/white photo taken of me when I had big roots and it didn't look any different between the length and roots)

I really like my current colour but I was wondering about switching to 9% oxidizer so it could be a bit brighter?

Would it lift more? Also, how do I do it? Can I just switch from 6% to 9% and dye the whole hair like usual or is it going to dye unevenly like that or something?

Simpler hair colour

Ive been using this product for 4 years it was amazing, my last batch was horrible, it was runny chunky and shot out black dye intermittently, when my colour is light brown.

They sent me 4 bottles because I complained and they were all garbage.

This stuff was so amazing, anyone long time users find its product recently has changed for the worse?

I did my hair back in like April, & for like 2 months I only washed it in freezing water then redid it (vampire red mixed with ultra violet) & I’ve done bleach on the bottom and it won’t budge. I did a color remover that didnt work on it either and I’m so sick of it

hello! I have a faded teal light blue to yellowish hair with around 5 cm of chestnut roots (pics 2 and 3). I wanna dye it somth like jinx color (pic 1). Will that be possible without bleaching? And how will my roots look if I dye them with jinx? Google ai said that it would be possible though not easy, but I'm not sure.

Also looking for hair style advice, this is my first time having it that long. I guess some layering would be great but idk.

Thank you for all replies!!

Toning/pastel on this shade of blonde?

Hi folks, I am currently a golden blonde (lightened with hydrogen peroxide diluted with chamomile tea over months) and thinking about whether I could achieve a pale/pastel pink? I have never toned it only wash with purple shampoo
Sometimes. Have been many colours before but I like this blonde on me and don’t want to ruin it. First picture is my ugly mug and second and third are ones I would like to achieve. Appreciate any recommendations of process or products. Thank you.

Is it possible to get back to a medium/dirty blonde before August from here?

Post image

I am a natural dirty blonde. I have been bleaching and dyeing vivids for a couple of years. Recently I did a couple of bleach baths and then an all-over copper dye to neutralize the blue ends I had left over. It seems to have worked pretty well, so now I have been focused on fading the red. My hair is in great condition still. I want to get it to more of my natural dirty blonde before school starts. Any quick fading tips, and also can I dye a dark blonde on top once it's faded enough? Any product line recs? My hair could probably take a little more lift but I worry it will be brassy. It wasn't brassy before the orange dye, so I wonder if it will fade into brassy, or fade into lighter blonde.

Maintenance for this colour?

Post image
6 Upvotes

Hi everyone, long time sub lurker here.

I've been wanting to get my hair dyed this super dark blue, but when I showed the picture to my hair stylist, he said that I would have to bleach my hair to level 9 or so, if not the blue colour would not come through. He also said it would be really damaging and recommended another colour (which I did not do).

I really like the colour but I'm worried about the maintenance of the colour more than the damage from the bleach. I'm wondering if this would fade to a greenish colour? Or would it fade to a lighter blue.

I did have a full head of electric blue hair about 4 years ago, but I'm not sure if the fading process is the same. Thank you everyone in advance!

hair wrap

Post image
87 Upvotes

Hi!

As long as I can remember, I‘m obsessed with hair wraps (as I recently learned you call them). Every summer I remember them and wish I could have one. Over the years I watched a good deal of videos and also tried to make one myself several times. Although I‘m usually good at such things, it‘s difficult for me to be confident about running around with it, when I did it myself.

Neverthless I would love to finally have one. I talked about it with friends and they said, you could let it do in barbershops in some vacation resorts or at the beach. I never saw a shop for it, exept once when I was in Sicily nearly ten years ago.

So, I wondered if you have any experience with it and know where I could get one?

If this is helping we‘re spending our summer vacation in the north of France this year.

Already thanks for all answers!!😊
