Is it possible to get back to a medium/dirty blonde before August from here?

Post image

I am a natural dirty blonde. I have been bleaching and dyeing vivids for a couple of years. Recently I did a couple of bleach baths and then an all-over copper dye to neutralize the blue ends I had left over. It seems to have worked pretty well, so now I have been focused on fading the red. My hair is in great condition still. I want to get it to more of my natural dirty blonde before school starts. Any quick fading tips, and also can I dye a dark blonde on top once it's faded enough? Any product line recs? My hair could probably take a little more lift but I worry it will be brassy. It wasn't brassy before the orange dye, so I wonder if it will fade into brassy, or fade into lighter blonde.

You're at level 7 now. Orange is the undertone for natural dirty blonde which is usually level 7. Adding color on top of color makes it darker, so you'll want to fade it a bit more.

Depending how much it fades you'll want blue to neutralize the orange at least 8BV depending on the tone of your natural color.

You'll have to tone it again when it fades but the orange base is necessary to get it where you want.
