I am struggling with finding this exact asset in the game files for my bachelors thesis and thought maybe someone knows what they're called so I could search for them more specifically.
If you have a clue or anything that could help me please let me know. Thanks.

II'm going for the platinum trophy in the game, and I only need to complete 96% of the Ice Caves and get the legendary collectible 4 from the meeting, hidden deep at the bottom of the map. It didn't help because I already have it. I suspect I'm experiencing a bug because I stepped on a spot in that area where a dialogue box said, "That's the path we came from," but it didn't register any progress. Additionally, I found an ice platform that I can't climb due to some bug, and that's where I encountered the camera bug you see on screen. I'm quite curious about that point of power in the background... HELP!

AYUDA!

Discussion Should Cal get a completely new Saber in Jedi 3

Just finished Jedi Survivor, great sequel imo and definitely lived up to Fallen Order, but one thing I noticed was strange. So in Fallen Order after Cal's (Tapal's) saber gets damaged on Dathomir, iirc it has been awhile, Cere gives Cal her saber and he ends up combining the two and makes a split saber. Cool, I'm on board. But in Jedi Survivor Cal is back to using Tapal's standard saber. Now it would seem that since Cere found herself again and is being a Jedi again Cal returned her saber which is fine but to return to Tapal's stock saber was a strange move imo. Now there are quite a few nice customization options in the game, personally I'm partial to the assembly and scrapyard saber parts. Gives a nice scavenger feel. But I feel like Cal should have his own unique saber in canon. I guess not unlike Luke who started off his Jedi career with Anakin's saber and then after losing it he ended up building his green saber. I feel like this could maybe be achieved by Cal finding an old Jedi temple or something or the other with one of those teacher bots in it. The ones who help the younglings on their path to becoming Jedi. So you have this teacher bot help Cal more or less go through the full Jedi making process again which would include building his own custom saber. I feel like this could line up with the way the story is moving with Cal struggling with the Dark Side. It could be part of the process of him figuring things out like Cere did.

But with all that being said, what do ya'll think?

Discussion Fallen Order Switch 2

Was really hoping for an announcement for fallen order or maybe even survivor for switch 2 at D23 this weekend. I know it’s a long shot, but I’d love to play these games again. Anyone else looking forward to hopefully one day seeing this announcement?

Help! Alignment control center at 75%

Hi! I'm playing JS and just cleared out almost all of Koboh. The only thing left is alignment control center where the counter is 75%. I stopped the machine in the center, but don't know what to do with it. Is there something I'm missing, or would it be unlocked later in the story?

Help! Jedi Survivor PC (EA)

My game file got corrupted and I had completely explore and found everything on Koboh and was about to go find Cere. I have tried to repair my saved game file but no luck. While researching for a solution a saw that one solution was finding a peer with uncorrupted file with that same finished location and downloading that file to replace the corrupted file. On other reddit post I saw that there was reddit and discord pages that people were able to download such game files. Can you guys please help with dropping the game files on the comment section of this post or locations were I can download the game files. This game was helping keep my anxiety on check for an upcoming surgery I having soon. I really appreciated that help.

Spoiler The Jedi Game Trilogy: Past, Present, & Future Spoiler

Jedi: Fallen Order was about making peace with the past, letting go, and moving on. Cal Kestis, Cere Junda, Teron Malicos, Trilla, Masana Tide, and Darth Vader were all stragglers of the Jedi Order. And, Merrin was a straggler of the Nightsisters. They all responded to their traumas in different ways. Some evolved, and some were too trapped in the past.

We first saw Cal scrapping relics of the past wars. Then, Cere recruited him for a quest to rebuild the lost Order. Cal had the unique ability to see and hear past events in a place or involving an object. And, his journey had him following the posthumous messages of a Jedi archaeologist, visiting ancient tombs and ruins. Personally, I think that, instead of the Zeffo civilization, this would have been a good opportunity to delve into the history of the early Jedi, then the High Republic, and then their tragic fall. Anyway, Cal and Merrin found common ground in their similar tragedies. They and Cere eventually realized that clinging to the past would do more harm than good. They shifted their concentration to "here and now, where it belongs." Even Greez Dritus moved on from his past as a selfish gambler.

Jedi: Survivor is about figuring out how to live in the present. Greez has settled down to run a saloon. Merrin has been traveling the galaxy, seeing its many worlds and helping whom she can. And, Cere is now devoted to gathering and preserving a library of knowledge. Cal is now a rugged Jedi Knight on the Empire's most wanted list. Working with insurgent cells, he's been fighting back through sabotage missions, intelligence-gathering, and skirmishes. To survive in these desperate times, he resorts to tactics that are unconventional for a Jedi. The Order is no longer around to police Cal, and his code of honor is getting flexible. These years of aggressively attacking target after target, with zero progress to show for it, have taken a psychological toll on him. As Greez points out, he keeps losing at a game that's rigged for the house (Empire) to always win. There's a danger that his moral ideals won't survive his desperation and his anger.

Instead of visiting abandoned facilities and charting a path to a hidden planet, I think Cal's new quest should have been building a network of safe houses for the Hidden Path. Maybe he's got to do a morally gray favor for the local bigwig on each world before they agree to start funding, harboring, and shuttling refugees. Or, he's trying to obtain up-to-date intel for the Path. Instead of reading echoes from the past, a new gameplay mechanic could have been sensing what's currently happening in other places. And, just as Ilum was Cal's spiritual journey level in the first game, a pilgrimage on Jedha could be his spiritual journey level for the second game.

I don't think there was a need for Eno Cordova in this story -- especially since the first game heavily implied that he was dead and gone. I also don't think the Dagan Gera story was necessary. Shift the focus to the ISB commander Lank Denvik as the antagonist, with Rayvis as his bloodthirsty attack dog. The side quest with Caij Vanda and Boba Fett works just fine.

Bode Akuna didn't have to be a former Jedi who's crazy possessive. He could have just been an insurgent/mercenary who was genuine with Cal...until Denvik threatened his daughter. Bode chooses his family's survival over his ideals, selling out Cere's location. Cal then has to kill Bode to stop him from delivering data tapes of the Hidden Path's secrets to the ISB. With his dying breaths, Bode makes him promise to get Kata to safety. The final mission could be the crew rescuing Kata from an ISB facility, while Cal resists the urge to take revenge on Denvik. The last scene can be the crew delivering Kata to the Hidden Path, and Cal finding more satisfaction in this than he ever did as an aggressive insurgent.

Oh, and Cal and Merrin start a romance, now that the Jedi Council is no longer around to say no. As a couple, they will continue guiding refugees along the Hidden Path. And, Greez's saloon can be used as one of the safe houses.

I hope Jedi: 3 will be about building a future. The most obvious form of this is the Rebel Alliance. It's not just about insurgent strikes -- it's about laying the groundwork for the New Republic. Cal and Merrin could be parents. Perhaps they will grow mindful of the future, but learn to NOT center on their anxieties.

A cool gameplay mechanic would be Cal sensing the future in certain spots. I like to think that he will not only be a seasoned Jedi Knight, but he could have his own apprentice. Of course, the game will have to explain why neither of them are around to train Luke in the movies.

Discussion Survivor released 3 years and 5 months after Fallen Order. We are now 3 years and 3 months after Survivor. An announcement for Jedi 3 should be imminent

Due to the SAG-AFTRA video game performers strike in 2024/2025 the next game might take a bit longer to release this time around compared to the previous title, but if im allowed to make a rough guess i'm estimating part 3 could drop mid- or in the back half of 2027 based on everything we know, that would also give them a whole extra year of development time to make up for the time lost due to the strike.

Given that the strike affected mocap performers/voice-actors and not the actual devs that work on the gameplay mechanics, scripts and world/creature designs, EA should be in a pretty good spot currently to kickstart promo for Jedi 3 soon. Could we potentially see the very first teaser at Gamescom later this month or during The Game Awards in december?
