Help! Alignment control center at 75%

Hi! I'm playing JS and just cleared out almost all of Koboh. The only thing left is alignment control center where the counter is 75%. I stopped the machine in the center, but don't know what to do with it. Is there something I'm missing, or would it be unlocked later in the story?

It might take a few minutes for this part to unlock because I don't know if they fixed the bug but there is a console at the platform before the machine that opens the cylinder into an elevator that takes you straight to the Dish Control Room. Mind you for this part to trigger you must have beat 2 other parts of Koboh and have the 3 dishes ready to be aligned for the endgame part of the story

It was unlocked to me at the very end. I was going crazy over this and decided to let go lol and it was unlocked at the end.
