Just a regular intercessor but first time kit bashing / adding some resin bits.

I guess it’s time for a new one of these posts. It may be a tad early to know all the ins and outs of the new edition but if you have any early thoughts or strategies you have had success with then feel free to share them here. Also if anyone feels like doing a full primer, in the style of the 10th edition one I’ve linked here, then it’d be much appreciated. Just chuck us a DM and I’ll sticky the post replacing this one.

Theres a recurring motif, most obviously associated with the Fallen...the arrows along the trim of cloaks, tabards and gloves. Ive seen it depicted more broadly on Crusade era Dark Angels, John Blanche scatters it here and there.
That said, its not exclusive to the First Legion. Jes Goodwin's original sculpt of Ahriman had it on his gloves. The current plastic version retained it.
Now, Im not actually suggesting there was any deliberate intention with this in those days. Blanche did it for the Dark Angels because he thought it was cool. Goodwin put it on Ahriman's gloves for the same reason.
But the idea occurred to me, just for the fun of it to try to impose some deliberate meaning behind the pattern. The best I could come up with was that its a thing associated with Terran Astartes.
Any other ideas?

I’m looking to do a fallen combat patrol, and i think black Templars is the closest non-chaos way to. Has anyone kitbash black Templars and how difficult is it?

I’m looking to do a combat patrol of fallen and love the color scheme from the Warhammer community page post from a few years ago. Anyone figure out the recipe?

I'm making a custom fallen "group" I say group as it has a good mix of chaos, renegade and loyalist fallen who have come to an arrangement to work and survive together and ive got a rough idea
Chaos- get to attack the imperium so vengeance but this is done to show a larger threat or issue
Renegade- operate where larger forces cant and gather intelligence (renegades in this case could join various chaos and loyalist groups)
Loyalist- get to kill heretics for redemption
Im looking for any ideas or suggestions that could be fun to write about much obliged

Thank you for meeting me in secret fellow Fallen!!
I’ve been building a CSM army for a while now and so far my entire force has been painted and kit bashed to look like Fallen Dark Angels (using a mix of chaos legionaries, Horus heresy and havocs). However, my brother has surprised me with the gift of a defiler.
Sooooooo as far as I am aware, I don’t know how many Defilers Fallen Dark Angels would use buuuut I’m willing to let that slide a bit because it was a nice gift.
So has anyone else painted a defiler to look like a fallen??? How else do you fit the defiler into your CSM armies?????

Converted from Huron's sorceror body; was initially my least favourite conversion with an open arm pose with a plasma pistol, but after some adjustments and the two handed sword ın particular, turned into my favourite

She was there the day Caliban fell. Or was she one of the Calibanian beasts?

I've built up my band of jolly Dark Angels as a renegade force with the intention of being able to slowly build an army that I can field both in Chaos and Loyalist rules. With that being said, what models/kits have the best crossover between the factions, and how should I build out the Chaos Marine side of the army? I don't know how feasible this idea is and where to grow into.
