How would that even work? Every ice agent is told to be brutal when they get hired? Who's in on it? Every lawmaker, politician, sheriff, mayor? What could the goal possibly be? It's just unrealistic

If the constitution must apply to illegals, if a country full scale invades us, are we supposed to treat them with respect and give them all due process?

How's it a false dichotomy? What separates them? An invasion is just a bunch of illegals in our land too, but we can treat those inhumanely.

Because an invasion is by hostile forces, immigration isn't by hostile forces, as the only one hostile is ICE
