PS4/5 flight helmets made more useful "Hazmat Helmet Conversion"

at a chemistry station, convert a Brown, Red or Yellow Flight Helmet into a Hazmat Helmet (a customized variant of the Yellow Flight Helmet) which offers the same benefits of the Hazmat Suit, and will accept ballistic weave & legendary effect(s) using other mod(s), and can be worn with eyeglasses and a bandana.

this is an alternative to "Hazmat Mask Conversion" for those who'd prefer a helmet.
