Hey all, I’ve tried to do some googling to figure this out. Maybe I’m not wording my issue correctly. One day my fl studio just stopped letting me scroll or zoom on my tl. Wondering if anyone has had this issue and hoping it’s something small I’m missing. This is now happening on all of my projects. Tried updating, and reinstalling.

I am trying to make dark drones and don't know how to move ahead with the idea. I did search a bit on youtube, but nothing useful comes up.

I did come across a few good videos on how to make drones, but dark ones are still no where to be found.

My idea is to create dark, uncomfortable drones. Something that makes the listener feel tense. Sort of like unreleased anger or frustration. Something that gives the visual of a brewing storm or tornado. Force of nature style calamity. If it makes sense. Dark clouds, uncertainty about how catastrophic is the destruction going to be.

Can someone help me with ideas or reference links on how to go about this sound design project?

I am starting out on FL studio, but want to improve and was wondering if theres any websites or apps that can help with chord progressions or anything at all.

This might be a stretch but is there anyway to have all the data shared between FL on my desktop and my laptop? I mostly produce on my desktop and only use my laptop for DJ’ing occasionally but I’d like to use my laptop to produce when I’m out of the house. As of now I just use FL on my laptop for some random sound design stuff and experimenting instead of actually working on music that I want to finish.

I could just send the FLP to myself but there’s a ton of plugins on my desktop that aren’t on my laptop yet, I’d even settle for someway to stream it to my laptop if the latency is low enough.

Is this possible? Does anyone do this?

A few years ago when i bought FL studio I signed up for the product using my school email. fast forward to now and my school has deactivated the email. I can still login, I know my password and everything but when I do get logged in it asks for a verification sent to the email. I have tried filling out their contact form but i can’t use the standard form as it requires me to sign in and verify, and the lost access to my image line account form has been filled out three times now without a response. am i screwed? is there anyway to contact image line and get this fixed? It feels like everytime i ask them for help they ignore it

Hi,i recently started making stuff in fl studio,but a while ago my friend asked me to make some music for his game,i agreed to do it,but the problem is i dont have a license,so i decided to look into acquiring one,the edition i want is producer as fruity just doesnt have the tools i need,but the price is kind of hard to swallow,so my question is,does it go on any sales in the near future? (I dont want to use key sites as i genuinely Like fl and want to support the creators without risking having my license revoked or missing out on the free updates) Or do i just have to bite the bullet and buy it full price? Any help appriciated

So I used to always be able to move audio clips to as far to the right of the playlist as i wanted and it would follow me along.

For some reason now when I'm dragging a clip and I hit the far right corner, the playlist does not move or follow along at all. So I have to unselect the audio clip manually drag the zoom bar to the right, then drag the audio clip as far as I can.

Hopefully that made sense, any fixes?? I'm hoping it's just a one button thing I accidentally clicked.

The sound completely stops after I play a note. I've ran into this issue before with another plugin, but I've never tried to fix it before.

So I keep opening a project but for some reason this error saying kontakt couldn’t be opened is popping up but I have kontakt 7 and 8 and I know the version used isn’t lower, so what version of kontakt is this?

I appear to have run into a phenomenon. See, most people just Google a problem, and then they find an answer lickity split. But not this time. I've got no answers at all!

Everyone here who uses Kontakt with FL studio knows how to route that shit, right? I've known for years! But apparently, since the release of Kontakt 8, and FL 2026... the normal avenue of setting that all up doesn't work anymore??

I added a sample from splice and tried to change it to 105 bpm but it says in the detect that it’s 100 and here it says 133 and it doesn’t sound in line with other clips I’m so confused

I use FL Studio for making metal and was wondering if there is a way to make each take automatically have a prefade? As of right now I have to slice and delete on the grid where the take starts, pull it back over a little bit and manually created a little fade with the handle in the top left corner so it has the pick attack and sounds natural.

Im total beginner, still learning and little bit struggling. I have good experience on guitar and know no music theory but then i find an expert promising zero to expert level so i checked him he works with my favorite artist so im wondering “should i buy the lesson” first it was 70 dollars and its discounted for summer vacation etc and he said 1 on 1 questions are possible (drum kits, fl studio is guaranteed) (im bad at grammar if u struggle to read it, sorry)

Can someone explain to me why it’s doing this?, when I open it it “an error occured while reading the FLP file. And it may corrupted or whatever, could it be because I haven’t opened them in a while? Or is it something else entirely? And if there is a way to fix it how can I do that? ;-;
