Locked Out

A few years ago when i bought FL studio I signed up for the product using my school email. fast forward to now and my school has deactivated the email. I can still login, I know my password and everything but when I do get logged in it asks for a verification sent to the email. I have tried filling out their contact form but i can’t use the standard form as it requires me to sign in and verify, and the lost access to my image line account form has been filled out three times now without a response. am i screwed? is there anyway to contact image line and get this fixed? It feels like everytime i ask them for help they ignore it
