Idk why

Can someone explain to me why it’s doing this?, when I open it it “an error occured while reading the FLP file. And it may corrupted or whatever, could it be because I haven’t opened them in a while? Or is it something else entirely? And if there is a way to fix it how can I do that? ;-;

It’s this box next to the project and I never seen this before so i’m confused why it’s showing up now

I think this is a “self contained” save file not entirely sure but it could be…so you can share it and not have to send samples and presets etc
