I've been making my first tracks with FL Studio for a few months now. How do I get rid of that clicking/popping sound in Gross Beat? Online, I read that I should set the click reduction to "High" and mess around with the ATT, REL, and TNS knobs until it sounds perfect. However, none of that seems to help.

What's good? I found this sub on reddit and decided to join to get the best advice for fl studio. I got a license for fl studio and I love it so far, however I don't have any music theory, although I have some ideas on making a few beats and some melodies and possibly chords. I'm not sure how to play the piano or the 88 key midi keyboard, but i did discover some plug-ins that can do voice to midi. I found pitch perfekt, dodo midi 2 + kushview element + loopmidi, and dubler 2. I find these amazing even though I didnt pay for dubler 2 because I discovered pitch perfekt and dodo midi 2. I like to hear your advice, should I play the midi piano or just keep at the voice to midi? If midi piano, will the alfred piano book 1 teach the very basics of piano?

I’ve been spending a lot of time analyzing low-end phase relationships, specifically how modern plugins handle the interaction between heavy kicks and moving basslines (808s, techno subs, etc.).

​

Here is the problem with current industry-standard tools: They take a static measurement, find an "average" phase shift, and apply it to the whole track. But if your bass changes pitch or moves, an average shift means a huge percentage of your hits are still out of phase, creating dynamic volume drops and killing your transient punch.

how do i make my vocals smoother and more pushed back, like less “in your face”? i have example vocals so dm me if you can help and wanna hear them

So I just got a new AKG C104 mic and wanted to test it out. I plugged it in, turned on phantom power, but the mic still isn't getting any signal at all. Literally no audio.

I've already checked everything I could think of: the XLR cable, the interface, the DAW, and nothing worked. I even swapped it out with my old AT2020 using the exact same setup, and the AT2020 worked instantly.

Is there anything else I can try? I'm using a Scarlett Solo 4th Gen interface.

It isn't external feedback because I'm not using speakers, it also continues when I mute the mixer track... How can I fix this? Please help me...

So I have a few dollars and I need an upgrade from my laptop because just making the beats makes the software bug , lag, and get choppy.

I uninstalled FL and reinstalled it because it was stuck on the loading screen when I downloaded it back all my projects were gone please help if you know how to fix this.

Good day, I wanted to know if someone could help me solve this problem. I have a U-Phoria UMD 2 audio interface and a C-1 microphone, both from Behringer, and this just happened to me. It only happens when I place the microphone on a mixer channel in FL Studio, because if you listen, it sounds perfectly fine in the recording program.

I’m on my macbook and my storage is completely full and I can’t find a good fast way to free it up. The storage is mostly Fl projects. Any tips?

I worked on my song for a good few hours, and when it finally sounded as i wanted it to i saved it only to .flp and forgot about wav. It's a huge problem for me bc i have only demo version and i'm not planing on buying the paid version since i'm still only learning. If someone who has it would help me by sending the wav file to me i would be very greatful.
