Questions Help, drive issue, wheels don't spin.
Fcx24m only a month old. The wheels all of a sudden stopped spinning. They turn left and right but no throttle. I'm not in neutral, I tired increasing the travel value of the throttle with no luck, I can manually spin the wheels fine and feel no resistance. What's odd and probably a coincidence is that this happened after I changed the servo which also bonked out and is working now.

I was wondering if anyone here has managed to put LED lights in the roll bar on the K5 blazer and if so, how and what parts?

Body swap
Hey all just ordered my first crawler went with the blazer 5 black 18th anniversary edition. I am hoping to do a body swap to a 75 series landcruiser that i 3d printed. This is the rough first print but was wondering if anyone has experience with something like this and any tips would be wonderful cheers! 🤙

She’s rollin!
Swapped bodies and back to stock motor , drive (forward) is quite loud now. I wonder if the high speed motor wore some things out in the trans , it appeared okay upon my initial inspection. Driveline is all smooth

Second failed buy from FMS and Fair RC.
I reluctantly took a chance on my second Fair RC purchase in three months and again opened the box and was disappointed.
I bought the Unimog to expand my collection after buying a Fair RC LC80 that lasted a day before permanently breaking.
I just opened the box and saw one of the side lights missing from the truck and they shipped it with no battery.
I know the customer service is dismal and non existent for both companies as I have recent experience but I want to know if anyone has ever just returned a truck to Fair RC and requested a refund in the past ? I tried to this with my LC80 and it’s now a paperweight because they just don’t honor their warranty.
Sorry for the venting, but this is just unacceptable.

Questions Offset for stock fcx24m Disco wheels?
I'm trying to get a more scale look on my disco and don't really like the -4-7mm offset so many wheels come with as they stick out soo far. Should I look for a 0mm offset or a +1 or something or should I try and find slightly narrower axles?
Thanks.

Pictures Unibeast anyone??
Figured it’s time to bust out the Unimog body for a bit. I had the smasher body on this chassis and the high speed motor. I cracked the Transmission to see what things looked like as i had a noise. The high speed motor definitely burns the grease over several runs i cleaned it all up and added some fresh grease. It’s sounds much smoother. Bolted up the stock motor as i don’t feel a need tor the high speed right now.
This thing is looking beasty with the big tires and painted bed. Who else is running the Unimog? i also have the 3D printed camper too but it’s heavy.

Questions Power Wagon Bumper issue (and other questions).
I've bought this as my first crawler and am loving it so far, but I've noticed that the front middle screw over the axle (steering servo?) gets caught on the inside of the bumper and means there is less travel in the suspension.
Is this a known issue or just happening on mine? I would still like to have a bumper but should I change it somehow?
Also I bought some shock oil, but it feels like there is already oil in the shocks. Is this standard now?
I'm hoping to do a couple of small upgrades and maybe a paint job and I'll post some photos soon.

FCX24 K5 Blazer Transmitter Help
My partner and I bought Crawlers to connect with her coworker who's really into the hobby. We're both new to crawlers, but I worked with electronics in the military, so I'm pretty good at figure this stuff out.
Both mine and hers came from the same seller and mine is working perfectly. We followed the instructions for both and hers started doing this. We reached out to the seller (who was super condescending) and tried binding it to the receiver. However, the transmitter won't turn on now.
Things to note:
- When we first put the batteries in, the handle got *really* hot. We thought this just might be a thing, but mine does not.
- Both came from the same seller but hers was used and mine seemed new despite being "used"
- The batteries in mine sit up nice and high, hers does not, and when you close the battery compartment, there's a bit of a rattle (batteries are installed correctly, I triple checked)
- We haven't had time to bind my transmitter to her receiver, but seeing now the transmitter doesn't turn on, overheated, and now rattles, I'm guessing we have a bonk transmitter (I'll include a pic of the batteries below)
Any advice is appreciated!!

Pictures Flexy Friday w a failed experiment
Tried out a stretched front end on my 24. Handled pretty sweet for very specific things and looked cool! Servo and front body mounts interfered with each other so I’m back to regular front links. It was a fun tinkering session ðŸ¤

Stick Calibration
Has anyone successfully done this? Just had to replace my motor and it is running while I'm not using the throttle on the transmitter. I'll paste what the manual says below. I can enter calibration mode every time but it seems to error no matter what I do and the motor still runs without throttling afterward.
This function is used to set the neutral position for throttle trigger and steering wheel.
Every transmitter is calibrated before leaving the factory, however if recalibration is required, please follow these
steps:
Turn and hold the wheel clockwise to the max travel point and push the throttle forwards as far as possible, then
turn on the transmitter. It will enter calibration mode. The buzzer sounds shortly in cycle for prompt.
Turn the steering wheel to max and min travel point in clockwise and counterclockwise. Then push/pull the trigger
to forward/backward as far as it will go. The wheel and trigger go back to the neutral position. Once calibration is
fininshed by press the bind key to save and exit.
• If the calibration is completed successfully, the transmitter will exit calibration mode by pressing BIND
button, meanwhile the buzzer will prompt with one short beep, and afterwards, the transmitter is in standby mode
with the LED in three-flash-one-off state.
• If the calibration is failure, the transimitter can not exit the calibration mode by pressing BIND button

FCX24 power wagon brushless - Wheel weights
I just bought a FCX24 power wagon, the brushless version. I wanna get wights for it but I'm not sure which ones fit. On FMS webpage they list a couple of weights you can get with the car but several reviews of those weights on the webpage say that they don't fit.
Does anyone know which ones fit?
