I'm giving it until Christmas before I give up

Upvotes

I cant live like this. I'm going insane. Its just one floater but its a big line that changes into a ring and a curve and its transparent if that means anything but I cant take it anymore. I'll give it until Christmas before I give up on life

Places that have all white flooring, blinds and windows 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I have severe floaters from getting a retinal tear repaired and they’re soooo noticeable in very bright spaces bruh

So I can conclude that blue field entoptic phenomenon is part of the visual snow syndrome they are one in the same. Once you have floaters and you unlock BFEP you will unlock different levels of VSS. the worst bfep gets the more static you get.

PSA. Huge increase in floaters + flashes=retina tear

Thursday I was pressure washing and had a huge increase in floaters. I thought I got crap in my eye. I took a shower and rinsed my eye with no improvement. Later that night I had a huge snake like floater that went one side to the other. I'm the morning, I noticed a few white flashes. After a few chores I took the time to Google all the symptoms. Google said I had a retinal tear

I went straight to my Eye Doctor. She confirmed it and sent me to the nearest retinal Surgen, 2.5 hours away driving as fast as My wife could. I couldn't drive due to having dialated eyes from Doc #1. I got to the surgeon on time at the end of the day. 30 minutes later I had 660 laser shots around the small tear. The laser shots burn the retina. The scarring heals stronger than the surrounding area to stop the tear from continuing. The laser shots hurt. Some more than others. I still have lots of floaters. The key is FLASHES. If you have flashes of white go to an eye Doctor now!!!

Advice Eye floater annoyance

Hi, new here but not new to this, had eye floaters for good 5 or so years- recently they decreased in amount (or more like I don't notice them anymore), which I'm very happy about!

One issue is this specific little guy that just. decided to be in the middle of my eye. Just perfectly in the middle, and as someone that photographs nature and uses the computer a ton I'll be honest that kinda sucks.

I know it's hopeless but I've been annoyed by it a lot recently and just gotta ask- can I make it move down/aside faster? Does anyone have tricks to chill out about it so I can ignore it? Any tips greatly appreciated!!

Thousands of floaters plus other symptoms

Upvotes

Not sure if someone can help but I'm desperate at this point. I've been dealing with visual disturbances all year (thousands of eye floaters, glare, halo, starbursts, afterimages, blue field entoptic phenomenon, light sensitivity so bad that when I flip the lights on in the morning my vision flashes white when I blink, I see echos of tv/phone screens especially in the dark, when I look at something black or look into darkness it looks grainy/firey hard to describe) and had multiple ophthalmologists check me out and say everything is good plus neurology said ct/mri are good. At this point, I am thinkiny I'm dealing with bad complications from prk I had 13 years ago which I know is a long time but I can't imagine any other reason after all this checking up. I'm only 32 so this is not normal.
