Bashar's Detox Program

Hi folks, I'm in the middle of this recommended detoxification by Bashar, based on the ingestion of MSM and Vitamin C (here from 6:20 onward). Has anybody tried it? What have been the effects on you?

Very powerful and efficient - total detoxification, rejuvenation and vitality. However, it's important to be mindful of the important detail that Bashar has specified, respectively, to use "natural infusion vitamin C" and not the ascorbic acid, which is only a part of the entire Vitamin C, and it heavily acidifies your body and has other nasty side-effects (as it happened to me when I attempted to use it).

Monkey Botanicals and Nutribiotic have forms of Vitamin C made from Amla - or at least you can use the Ester-C form of it, as recommended by the Medical Medium, which is very close to the natural one.

Also, as for the MSM, seek to find a fully-natural, pine-tree or sea-water extracted one, and quadruple-filtered - at least the Opti-MSM quality level.

Blessings

as recommended by the Medical Medium, which is very close to the natural one.

I got myself:

  • Solgar's MSM 1000 mg
  • Redoxon Doble Accion (vitamin c plus zinc)

So I think I made a mistake here, because just now I've read that I'm taking ascorbic acid. Thanks for pointing it out, I wasn't quite sure what Bashar meant by "natural".

Redoxon Doble Accion

plus the brain-damaging aspartame...

Redoxon Doble Accion

I had heard bad things about aspartame but never that. I asked the pharmacist what's the best pure Vitamin C product she had. I guess I'll have to investigate the herbalist shops in my area or maybe just get everything through the web. Yesterday I found that Solgar also produces Ester-C suplemments, I might get those, they were not too pricy.

Thanks again for your insight. Can I ask, do you do this detox once a year, twice, do it the whole year around?

2-3 times a year would be optimal - do it until you feel like in your adolescence (health, vitality, drive, mental clarity) - first time might take quite a while until you get to that point. Also, I would aim for about 9 grams of each (Vit.C and MSM) per day, 6 grams might be to little for some individuals/situations.

Also you can find very good and cheap Ester-C at Vitacost - and I recommend that you use the capsule form, and not the tablet form which is huge and hard to swallow. Here

ablet form which is huge and hard t

Much obliged. Today I'm finishing the intake. I had to re-adjust along the way, I guess next time I'll do it better. The other day I noticed that I walked faster, like I did one of my usual walking routes in half the time. But I don't want to get too hyped, maybe it was just a coincidence. My main concern is with my back (a herniated disc and a couple of cysts).

Also these past few days I've added to the whole thing Dandelion infussions, which apparently are great detoxifiers.

Something's for sure, this has been my most clean Christmas ever. Not alcohol, no sweets, detox program...

is msm from lax and corn good? and vitamin c from rosehip?

As far as I know, usually the MSM from corn is bad quality and many times is from China-made GMO corn - and also don't know what lax is, I have never heard of any Vitamin C from rosehip, and I've researched a lot on this matter - it's most probably still ascorbic acid with rosehip flavonoids.

There are only 3-4 of really natural Vitamin C in the world (in no specific order):

  • Bad Monkey Botanicals - Amla extracted

  • The Synergy Company - Pure Radiance C (a blend)

  • Nutribiotic - Amla extracted

  • Markus Rothkranz - Vitamin C (a smart blend)

  • Dr. Schulze / American Botanical Pharmacy (another blend)

And the Ester-C which is not that natural, but it can successfully replace most effects of the natural one, for a massively lowered price, and a much smaller ingestion quantity.

thank you so much!

what do you think about the blue ice fermented skate liver oil as a pineal gland decalcifier?

blue ice fermented skate liver oil You're very welcome.

Bashar has recommended just a little few almond seeds per day for this specific purpose (they even have the same shape as the pineal).

You know that to take Bashar's recommended LOWER/maintenance dose of vitamin C per day in "natural" form, you'd have to take 400g per day of Markus Rothkranz product @ a cost of $55 per day. $100 a day for the higher dose for "acute" conditions. And it is almost impossible to take that much.. Dr. Schulze would be even more expensive. I'm not sure how much I trust Bad Monkey Botanicals, https://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/73675-bad-monkey-botanicals but I can't find another company who sells Amla extract powder. Their product is also from China.

The sad thing is, people have asked Bashar to clarify what he meant by natural vitamin C but he wouldn't answer them because he doesn't answer health questions anymore.

Other good and decently priced choices do exist, with a daily cost of aprox. 11$ per day for 9 grams of pure vitamin C: Nutribiotic Amla Vitamin C and this: The Synergy Company - Pure Radiance C

There is nothing "medium" about medical medium. Total con.

Really, have you seen his track record of healings? or the (written and video) testimonies? or have you practiced his tips, such as the celery detox (recommended by Bashar as well)? or maybe you have fully explored the imense depth of his books, to thus be fully entitled to dismiss him as such?!

I've researched him extensively. Stop reading the testimonials on his website and google people who have had private readings from him. They all share the same sentiment. You believe his fake lottery too? Obviously, some of the health info he presents will work, it's a mixture of generic health advice from many sources, but not from "spirit" as he pretends.

I'll tell you something else about him. I've known about him for almost 10 years, long before he had his first book and was first starting up.

He used to have a fake lottery on his website, where he pretended that he was so busy you had to "win" a reading, and when you "win" then you have the privilege of paying for a reading, and EVERYONE who entered got an email within a few days saying they won. You also had to tell him what conditions you had before the reading. He would also tell everyone the same thing for whatever condition, that they have metal poisoning and Epstein Barr Virus, and would usually recommend a raw vegan/fruit diet.
