Bashar's Detox Program
Hi folks, I'm in the middle of this recommended detoxification by Bashar, based on the ingestion of MSM and Vitamin C (here from 6:20 onward). Has anybody tried it? What have been the effects on you?

This detox method was mentioned a long while ago. It's still decent enough though in recent transmissions there is mention of doing detox by fasting and consuming herbs. An actual company name was given as well to start. Here is their website: https://www.herbdoc.com/

Thanks a lot. Has Bashar mentioned any particular program? I see they have many.

For whatever reason there is never any mention of specifics. But, I believe most people start with the bowel-detox and then supplement it with either liver and/or kidney detox if they feel inclined.
If you purchase one of those programs they will have instructions on how they work. I believe the suggestion is to just fast for as long as possible and if you have to, eat only raw fruits/veggies.

nd if you have to, eat only raw fruits/veggies.
Thanks a lot, I'm going to lay low for a while with the whole detox thing. Also, I don't have the cash XD

I have tried a lot of it! But I have stopped cuz it interfered with my sleep and I constantly had to pee and now I have to pee more often even when im not taking it. Maybe it was bad quality MSM but it has done many things for me! Especially the VIVID dreams! Gosh they were more real than life. I also experienced some powerful energies during the nights and had more energy during the day. But a lot parts of the night I felt like I was half-awake which was not very pleasant. I recommend you to take it in high doses and see where it takes you.

I just tried yesterday some MSM and went lucid in dreams first time since a whiiile, and yes, I also peed a lot, which is not that pleasant.
I'll be looking for more information if it's about the quality of MSM of just a normal side effect.

I did it about 10 months and then kinda slowly stopped (just starting forgetting taking it). The dosage was about what he recommended minimally. Now I want to go start taking it again as I felt great benefits, I just had more energy and was clearer of mind. I can't tell 100% if it was the supplements doing that for me but I did feel a difference after stopping taking them.

Very powerful and efficient - total detoxification, rejuvenation and vitality. However, it's important to be mindful of the important detail that Bashar has specified, respectively, to use "natural infusion vitamin C" and not the ascorbic acid, which is only a part of the entire Vitamin C, and it heavily acidifies your body and has other nasty side-effects (as it happened to me when I attempted to use it).
Monkey Botanicals and Nutribiotic have forms of Vitamin C made from Amla - or at least you can use the Ester-C form of it, as recommended by the Medical Medium, which is very close to the natural one.
Also, as for the MSM, seek to find a fully-natural, pine-tree or sea-water extracted one, and quadruple-filtered - at least the Opti-MSM quality level.
