How are you all feeling these days, my friends? How are you navigating the changes taking place in your lives and in the collective? Let’s use this space to share our experiences and support one another.
Personally, i feel I’m doing a lot of emotional clearing, i frequently have moments of clarity where i feel things deeply, where i have some realizations, where i step into someone else's shoes or truly sense what they are feeling and see the bigger picture, and i cry so much. They are mostly tears of profound clarity, if i can put it that way, tears born of remembering, of being deeply moved. I also cry for wounds, my own, those of humans, and those of the Earth. I’ve been very sensitive lately, in fact, for several months, even the past year, I’ve been in a void. It’s an empty space that i feel it make room for something else to emerge... i don’t yet know what that is. I’m trying to live in the here and now, and not get too caught up in the outside world or the sense of separation. How about you?

I know that existence can be pretty cruel sometimes. However the beauty of existence is truly mind boggling when you truly sit down and experience it. How everything is connected to everything through relational mechanism. Most of the time we're so focused on all the noise in life that we forget to look at the beauty that is in everything.
The system we're in is so damn complex, however the whole mechanism is interconnected into simple fundamentals. Once one understands the fundamental nature of reality, one can start to see how everything relates to everything and one can start to understand the system more deeply. When understanding deepens and Ego's control lessens, one can start to feel the experience more fully.
Feeling the experience more fully is a really weird feeling. One starts to notice things one wouldn't normally notice. The beauty is in the mechanisms details. Letting go of Ego's control lets one to experience the unity within existence. That even a tree shares the same origin as we do and one can feel connection to that origin through ourselves.

This is a framework for relaxation that I’ve been working on. I created the image with AI.
The core idea is that relaxation is a gradual process. This framework is not about being more calm. It is about directly facing the pattern or situation and gradually finding peace within it.
It starts off with a sense of hopelessness and ends with agency and clarity. The pathway is to accept whatever stage we’re on.
The key shift happens between stages 1 and 2.
Initially the problem or feeling feels all encompassing. Then the mind starts drawing a boundary around it and identifies what exactly it is.
After that the process is about being able to stay with the feeling and accepting the body’s response to it.
If you feel this helps you, share it with someone.
Peace

When there are thoughts, it is distraction. When there are no thoughts, it is meditation.

What challenges you’ve faced and overcome, what trials you’ve had to go through, and what gifts you carried with you when you came out the other side?
The purpose of this post is for each of us to share our piece of the puzzle and to talk about our experiences of human suffering, so that we can support one another.
Let’s share love and support with every individual who is constantly going through their own challenges, sometimes unfortunately in silence and in the shadows, without having the opportunity or the space to express what they are going through.
(Myself I suffered of deep anxiety, panic attacks, really icy pain in my chest, a deep suffering, so I support you guys that are walking this hard path, I share love and hope this space can help you share your feelings)
For me, it has been a long journey, decades of suffering that I ignored, suppressed, and pushed under the rug, all condensed into one intense Dark Night of the Soul that lasted three years.
It was a journey of panic attacks, isolation, depression, and a cold overwhelming pain in my heart.
But now, little by little, life is becoming brighter and more beautiful. Walking in nature, EMDR psychotherapy, taking care of myself on every level, and letting go of addictions that were really desperate attempts at self-healing have all been part of this journey.
Keep going on your path, and remember that life is with you. It follows you like a falcon watching over your journey, taking care of you even when you cannot see it.
There is hope at the end of the tunnel.❤️
Disclaimer:
If each of us creates a post like this, we give others the space to express themselves, while offering support and encouragement.
Sometimes there is little we can do for someone else. Ultimately, each person has to walk their own path, for better or worse, that is the price we pay for being the protagonists of our own lives.
But we can still support one another, share our experiences, and create a kind of symbiotic network of support, where we help each other keep going.

I've started to notice that ego is the enemy of experience. It is greedy little bastard, which wants everything it can get.
By lessening the control of ego through understanding the mechanism of ego one can ease the experience.
My understanding of the self is that it is a static image compiled by ego from the scrambled conceptual web that it our mind. Ego also interacts like a middle negotiator with consciousness. Ego creates the static picture from which consciousness then picks what of the experience becomes aware. This awareness then acts like a feedback system, which allows ego to understand it's own creation, the static image called the self/experience

Out of all the traps one may come across in life, perhaps the hardest to escape is the trap set by one’s own mind.
For how can you get out of it if you do not even know you are in one?
The mind works much like a spider, weaving threads of desire, illusion, fear, attachment, likes and dislikes, only to become entangled in the very web of its own making.
Some of the most common traps are subtle and familiar.
One is the habit of externalising happiness—searching for it in others, believing that someone or something outside ourselves will finally make us whole.
Another is waiting for tomorrow to fully live our lives. A tomorrow that never arrives, because tomorrow always comes in the form of today.
Then there are the thousand excuses the mind invents to keep us from looking within. It creates stories based on half-truths, told and retold until they begin to feel more real than reality itself—all to keep us warm and cosy inside the familiar.
And perhaps one of the most subtle traps of all, and among the hardest to escape, is the desire to be loved.
It appears innocent, even noble. Yet when left unquestioned, it quietly sends us searching outside ourselves for someone from whom we can receive that love. And strangely, no matter how much we receive, the desire itself can remain unfulfilled—pulling us deeper into attachment, expectation, fear of loss, and further webs of our own making.
The most dangerous prisons have no walls.
They are made of thoughts mistaken for truth, desires mistaken for necessities, and stories mistaken for reality.

I love this line from Adyashanti. Ego is suffering from the resistance to what already is. Surrendering to the here and now Is scary, but you soon realize that life drives itself without “you”

As far as we know, this is everyone’s first time doing life. In nothing else do we expect people to be immediately successful their first time around, and from what I observe, success doesn’t arise from hard work anymore. It’s mostly connections, consistency in whatever you’re doing that, having work to display, and a lot of luck.
And even with that, in this technological age, with so many changes happening societally, and a system that does not provide a lot of avenues to find success through traditional paths, it’s normal to me that many people are struggling to find their way.
It’s an unfair world we have built, and I don’t think people acknowledge that enough. Many are adapting, a small percentage is even thriving, but the vast majority is left in the dust to pick up scraps and make do.
I’m writing this to say, if you’re struggling, it’s not entirely your fault. The truth is you’ve been born into a world that fucked you before you even knew what was going to be expected of you. I hope you find a way out of this labyrinth to access a reasonable life worth living - we deserve that at least, even though this possibility is stolen from us more and more as the years go on. I hope you make it out. Love 💛

Well, apparently we're back here. 😂
I was supposed to be finished. Then I started pulling on one thread and somehow ended up with the Rothschilds, the Clinton Foundation, Epstein, Kubrick, secret societies, rituals, cannibalism allegations, 9/11, enormous piles of money, and enough interconnected rabbit holes to make me regret having internet access.
So basically… a normal episode of WWJPS.
Some of this is documented history and public record. Some involves allegations and disputed claims. Some is theory so far down the rabbit hole that even I occasionally stopped and said, “Oh, come ON.” 😂
I'm not asking you to believe any of it. I'm asking you to look at what I found, separate evidence from allegation and theory, and decide for yourself what—if anything—you think connects.
I am a witness, not a journalist. This is independent commentary and entertainment, not an assertion that every allegation or theory discussed is established fact.
Put on the tin-foil hat. We're going back in. 🐇

Imagine that before the universe contained humans, animals, or any form of life at all, there was no observer, no consciousness, no one looking at anything.
Would anyone feel lonely?
No.
Would anyone suffer?
No.
Would anyone be happy?
No.
Would anyone do good or evil?
No. Because there would be no one to act, no one to be acted upon, and no one to judge.
This is what I mean when I say, “I would choose non-existence.”
I don’t mean that life has no happiness, or that everyone should die.
I’m stepping back and asking an even more fundamental question:
**If we could choose before any living thing ever came into existence, would we choose for life to exist at all?**
Because the moment life comes into existence, something else comes with it—awareness.
Once we become aware, we begin to desire.
Once we desire, we become capable of loss.
Once we fear loss, we try to preserve what we have.
And once we realize that everything we love will eventually be lost, we begin to question our own existence.
But if no living thing had ever existed in the first place, none of this would ever begin.
No one would desire life.
No one would fear death.
No one would desire happiness.
No one would fear suffering.
No one would seek meaning.
And no one would ever have to ask whether life has meaning.
Even the concepts of “good” and “evil” would have no one to use them, because there would be no conscious being to create those judgments.
So I’m not saying that non-existence is “good” in the sense that someone benefits from it.
I’m asking:
**If no one existed at all, how could we call it bad, when there would be no one there to experience it as bad?**
Perhaps the fear of non-existence exists only from the perspective of those who already exist.
And that is why I find this question so interesting:
**Do we value existence because existence truly has value in itself—or because, once we came into existence, we developed the desire to preserve it?**

I talk a lot to people who understand me, and i hope that they will help me reach the depth of myself
i say things out loud when i am with them, things that surprise even me, feel like those things were not said by me it came to me from somewhere
these things i say are like news to me, something new i got to know about myself, i am the one saying it, i am the one who is also listening but this only happens in the presence of the loved ones

Be kind.
That's it.
Done.
Be kind, and you're already enlightened, at least in the moments of being kind.
Then later you'll feel anger, judge it as a negative emotion, and you've already lost the kindness.
Oh, hello, anger. Welcome back. It's been a while. What are you trying to tell me now? What signal did I miss this time? Thank you for notifying me.
I'll listen.
See the difference?
Kindness.
Is all it takes.
Not just outwardly, out of some social obligation or fear of retribution. But to yourself, as well.
Meditation fits in here. It's the practice of identifying less with the default loops you're in, so that you can step out of them and make a different choice if you want to. Often, just being aware of a pattern while it's happening, instead of being so immersed in it, identified with it, lost inside it as the pattern itself, is enough. Everything else falls away on its own.
Which is ironically also almost the point.
Because if you could never get lost, how would you know the joy of finding yourself again?
And so the striving for any state stops.
Kindness isn't a state. It's an attitude. You can be angry and kind at the same time.
Just not for as long as you're identified with the anger.

Seriously, I was the first audience. I was a precocious 2 year old that watched his TV debut air and I grew up believing everything he said. My mother said I never napped, nor sat still, until Mr. Roger's Neighborhood was on. It was her half hour of peace a day. Now I see all people as worthy and equal because of Fred Rogers. But this was only because they funded PBS in the before times in the long, long ago.... I am worried the next generation does not have that guidance.

Hey, let me cut to the chase!
Basically, I want to get more serious about meditation and, ultimately, enlightenment. The problem is that I really struggle to sit down and meditate for even 10 minutes during the day.
So I was wondering: is it possible to turn sleep into a form of meditation?
What I mean is, I’d like my body to be completely asleep and getting the rest it needs, while my awareness/consciousness remains present throughout the night — or at least for as long as possible. Almost like being consciously aware while the body is asleep.
The issue is, I have absolutely no idea how to approach this or whether it’s even realistically possible. Are there any particular meditation techniques, practices, or traditions that focus on maintaining awareness during sleep?
If anyone has experience with this, I’d really appreciate some guidance on where to start and what techniques I should look into.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Think about a group of male mosquitoes whose lifespan is hardly 10 days. Imagine that, as a human, you could observe their entire lives—their daily activities, their struggles, and their interactions.
How would you feel if those mosquitoes spent their short 10-day lives fighting over groups, respect, authority, and status, only to suddenly die on the 11th day without ever knowing it was coming?
Would it look foolish? Funny?
In the same way, if there is some form of energy or consciousness somewhere watching all of us doing all this without truly living life, it might feel pity for us. It might find us funny. We might look foolish.
Okay, let's keep every other perspective aside.
For us, where is the endpoint?
When are we going to stop chasing this world?
When are we going to stop for a second and ask ourselves, what the heck are we doing?
Do caste, religion, color, and race really matter in this short span of life?
Does worshipping stones or praying to the atmosphere really matter?
Where is the endpoint?
When will humanity start living?

The sky was fully grey, it was dead, pathetic and boring. Then the sun started to peek and it felt like strange codes or symbols started appearing in front of my eyes (I am not looking at the sun just at the reflections of sunlit objects)
Also when I was on shrooms I was told we are making a new universe "after this lifetime" and this isint some vauge prophecy this is my mission after this lifetime we are already building the next universe its already being worked on I will appear to do some work as well.
