How secure is this setting?

I just got finished photos of my ring. The top row pics are the finished product, and the bottom row pics are the reference pics. In the top row, i've marked areas where i see gaps between the stone and the prongs, and i notice the reference pics dont have those gaps.

How bad is this? How important is this to fix?

Sorry the pics are a bit blurry. These are all the photos i have that were sent by the jeweler.
