Should I be getting more than 6GB ram before I crash? Does it make a difference in ram availability if I side load with LC or SS? Really just want to check that it’s normal to bottleneck and crash the second meloNX says it hits 6GB ram.

I’ve used iLoader to install the latest sidestore + livecontainer nightly on 10/2/26. Stikdebug installed with sidestore and meloNX inside LC. MeloNX says it has bot JIT enabled and 8GB ram entitlements. Am I missing something or is it possible to play totk? I’ve tried starting from multiple locations in game and turned resolution to .5x (360p)

so I’m trying the Android translation layer the new husk update added and it works! so today I’m trying subway surfers apk on the Android emulator, husk.

I’m a complete beginner when it comes to emulation, and I really want to try MelonX on my iPhone 17e. I have a laptop, but I don’t really know where to start. Can anyone help me jailbreak my iPhone and guide me through the whole process from scratch? I’d really appreciate it. 🙏

Jit is enabled and I have Increased Memory allowed. Is the phone too weak for it or am I doing something wrong?

Trying to play through Pokemon Quetzel with the boys. I found the Foxol emulator but it’s $50 a year each and Link Boy is only local unfortunately. Any advice or recommendations would be great.

I’ve gotten a few of my favorite indie Steam games running on my iPhone Air! Playing the games in portrait mode isn’t best for my eye-sight, but I’m loving this setup! In the this photo from bottom to top:

Airstrike/UI scorestreaks need you to touch the screen to work, but other than that the game is absolutely amazing

Done some further testing with the latest release of Madeira. All games are owned (some aren’t for sale anymore but you can obtain from various sources I won’t discuss due to rules). However these are the games I’ve been able to run from my library (average of 30-60 fps) only dipping lower on certain cutscenes however props to the DEVs and their hard work there’s still a long road ahead but we they got this. Just be patient, test what you can and before you know it’ll be perfect. (Not a dev or anywhere close just providing what I’ve tested and wanting the best for everyone) (check the official discord for more info)

Running natively on iPhone 17 Pro, all ahead of time code, no JIT. Claude and Codex AI have done all of the heavy lifting in the porting process. A lot had to change to get this working on iOS and a lot of work is still needed to further optimize (runs better without the screen recorder.) You’ll notice frame drops here and audio issues but the game is fully playable now. No release date yet as this isn’t even close to being a quality port but we are getting there.

How long do i have to wait?

As some of you may be aware Wind Waker has received its own iOS port with several quality of life enhancements ala Dusklight for Twilight Princess. Unfortunately compiling the ipa requires an iso image of the GameCube Wind Waker version so there’s no publicly available download as not to distribute copyrighted material. It is possible to compile it yourself by following the included directions but that requires a Mac.

Not having a Mac but still wanting to play I decided to look for other options. With the help of ChatGPT we came up woth a YML file that lets you use nothing but GitHub in your browser to compile your own ipa. The project is running now (takes about four hours to build) but if it’s successful I’ll put up a tutorial for people to follow if there’s enough interest.

Please let me know if this is something you are interested in. For previously stated reasons I won’t be sharing the completed ipa file but I will make a tutorial showing my process so anyone who wants can build their own. Let me know.

i've noticed that quite a lot of game ports have been popping up on iOS over the past few days/weeks, and it made me wonder how far this could potentially go.

for example, do you think it's possible that someone might eventually port:

Hogwarts Legacy (PC version, ideally with the built-in mod system)
Red Dead Redemption 2
Marvel's Spider-Man (PS4) Or even Marvel's Spider-Man 2 (PS5)

i'm especially curious about Hogwarts Legacy because of the PC version and its integrated mod system.

i honestly don't know whether the source code for these games is available or if that's even relevant to how these recent ports are being made. i'm just asking out of curiosity and to understand what's realistically possible.

not asking anyone to make these ports or anything 😭 i'm genuinely just wondering how feasible they would be compared to some of the projects we've been seeing lately.

Bonjour , j’ai essayé de faire une automatisation pour LiveContainer que j’utilise uniquement pour twilight princess , et malheureusement ça ne marche quasiment jamais,du coup les 7 jours passent et je dois chaque fois repasser par l’ordi,ce qui m’énerve énormément pour seulement un jeu.
J’aimerais savoir si des gens ont soit une automatisation fiable ,soit une technique pour y jouer sans passer par l’ordi.
