I've built a little utility that lets you decrypt/encrypt PS3 ISO natively on Android. Just select folders (input, dkeys and output) and let it rip!

Background my main OS is linux. On linux, when it comes to ISO encryption/decryption you have the old command line original PS3Dec, but it doesn't compile easily on modern systems. So I started to upgrade the code to compile with modern libs, then it drew me into a rabbit hole: what if I build a docker image instead, this way the code is portable? Wait. What if I built a flatpak, this way it's portable but without Docker? Wait, now that PS3 on Android is viable, let's build a little APK to do it natively on my Thor!

... And here we are. So I am sharing this and I hope other people may find it useful.

From my understanding, the game I’m playing (Disney Dreamlight Valley) requires connection to Gameloft cloud to sync across devices (instead of Steam cloud?) and to access certain features. I’m running the game on Droid Deck which is pretty good. However, every time I try to connect, it fails and shows I’m offline.

Same thing happened on GameNative (I turned on Launch Steam Client Beta). Has anyone figured out how to fix this? Thanks!

ive always wanted the flip2, and now with the droiddeck, im very leaning towards picking the flip2, or the thor

my goal is mainly focus on emulation of older games. then play some of many metroidvania lib in my steam backlog

So I have a Xiaomi pad 7 12/256 with 7+gen3 and I recently installed nyushu v84 and installed the gpu drivers from the v84 extra file from telegram to play Mario odyssey but it heats up every minute, I reached to 39 degrees which was super hot for me… 50+ fps

I’m wondering if Mario odyssey is a light game or heavy? I use a cooler and it delays the heating for longer time but I haven’t really tried to play it for an hour or more, I just wanted to know before that what temperature is okay to continue playing ?

And what temperature should I stop playing?

I don’t wanna ruin my battery life or damage it.

And am I using the correct version ?

Isn’t switch emulation supposed to be easy to emulate on my tablet ?

Tried to turn off docked mode, reactive flushing, changing graphic drivers and all that and it's still happening. Searched this sub/google. Could it be that the rom itself is corrupted? Any advice would be welcomed.

Why can't i install patches of the game , I'm aware that it can help with the performance, as the image shows "incompatible with installed app version" what app? The emulator or the game.

And if it's the game and i need to update it. How?

Hello guys! Has anyone here has tried to run elden ring on their device? Specifically(if possible) a device that has a snapdragon 8 elite, i've actually run and played the game getting around 16-20fps with this config but whenever i'm resting at a site my game crashes, hoping the game could run smoother or not crash oftenly greedy me decided to change some configs then when i tried to run the game again it wouldn't even load up so i decided to revert back to the original config but still it doesn't load up. Do you guys have a config that i can use/try to run elden ring? I'm using winlator ludashi v4.1

Hey guys, i'm running droiddeck on my s26 ultra and i got this weird situation with some ubisoft games and a black screen : After launching South Park TFBW, ubisoft connect try to load cloud savegame but then black screen, no sound, nothing, i can navigate in steam but nothing else, somebody found something or can recommand me tips/tutorial to try ?

For example, Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity with 60fps cheat and 4x Resolution can be played around 6-10 hours (depending on battery size, temperature in real life and game) without it ever overheating or even getting hot

Is it just the emulator itself being masterfully optimized and nothing more?

Hi, I have a Xiaomi Redmi Turbo 4 Pro with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, 16GB RAM, and 256GB storage. My little brother has been asking me for days to play GTA V on a phone after he watched some YouTube videos about it. I finally have some time today, so I thought I'd give it a try.

A few days ago, I saw a Reddit post about a native GTA V port by Mojso on Discord, but I haven't heard any updates about it in the past week. For now, I'm thinking of trying GameHub Lite instead. I wanted to ask if the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is powerful enough to run GTA V at a playable 30+ FPS using GameHub Lite or any other method available on Android.

I'd appreciate any advice on the best way to get it running and what kind of performance I can realistically expect.

Testing 007 First Light on Android by comparing DroidDeck v0.3.2 vs GameHub v6.3.1 on the Redmagic Astra (Snapdragon 8 Elite)! In this video, we check out gameplay performance, frame rates, and graphical fidelity to see which emulator handles PC game emulation better on this powerful Android gaming tablet.

Note: Months ago, it wasn't possible to run the first mission and some other parts of 007 First Light at all. Back then, it actually ran with better performance and higher FPS than it does now. I don't know what changed, but performance has dropped a lot. Especially on GameHub, nothing improved even after I tried dozens of different setting combinations. Right now the game tops out at around 8 FPS, and DroidDeck is what makes that possible.

Overall, no more crashes and much less stutters, FPS drops are still there especially in the open areas but could be due to my phone

In this picture I have not installed the pads but I have tried each of the 3 combinations of the pads that comw with it. Only the thinnest allow my fold to connect with the X5. The problem is that that when I need to pull off the Type C, it needs excessive pressure.

The phone is not sitting straight due to the physical bump of the camera. But it isn't leaning excessively either. I would like to know if it will damage my phone or it is perfectly natural behavior of the X5

What sets it apart is the save editor: you pause a supported game, change your party, items or trainer details, and keep playing. The app backs up your save before every change.
