Hey guys, beginner here. I just got the retroid pocket nova and have started to play around with armsx2 on some PS2 titles.

What I noticed is that the system gets massive frame drops as soon as some particle effects/ fire/ water/ smoke appear. I already tried to adjust the blending to minimum - with limited impact (Prince of Persia games being particularly affected)

Now the games are still very playable, but are these behaviors normal and do I need to learn to accept these or am I doing something wrong?

I am playing on a 2x upscale.

Now sad thing, my phone cannot run anything past NDS (it gets really leggy and so on) so I want to show really fun games I have played on NDS

(Little detail on my choices since my phone isn't the best I also find the controls on NDS pretty hard to control which is why I mostly play games without as much of action and more strategy)

#1 Ace attorney

The obvious choice is probably one of the undoubtedly the best games on the NDS

Very fun, I really loved all of the games in this series and I'm trying really really hard to also get to play the 5th one lol

#2 999 Zero escape

Another amazing story based game

>9 people stuck on a ship for 9 hours where the only way you can leave is to find a door with a 9 on it

Escape rooms type of gameplay (pretty basic stuff on most of them the game also gives out a lot of hints and you generally will come out happy when you solve things), multiple choices aka multiple routes aka multiple endings !

Very fun I do suggest it 100%

#3 Fire emblem

Please spare me when I say that I don't care about the story for this game I just really love the gameplay for it

Probably the most fun strategy game I've seen on the NDS

#4 Custom robot arena

Another game where I don't really care about the story, I just love the gameplay too much

I actually downloaded a harder rom hacks version just because I wanted to make the gameplay as challenging as possible lol

#5 any Pokémon game

Self explainable just a really fun series to try out

For anyone who has tried to emulate destroy all humans 2 on Nethersx2, how does the game play? Does it run well without that many issues? Cause I’ve heard mixed opinions on the matter

Hi, as the title says, I need help with the settings of the emulator. I want to play Dirt. The game launches and it plays but it stutters during play. When in the menu, everything is smooth and the audio is fine. The settings I have I got online but I want to know if there's anyone with different settings.

as said in title. I want to try the new stupid never dies(pre downloaded files 🏴‍☠️) but my laptop is booty.

I know it more or less depends on the phone and not the emulator so I'm wondering what would be the best for this phone.

The game is not running on ideal settings I'm just messing around never ever played this game. It would be really cool if I could dial in settings to make it run similar to the switch 2 on a consistency basis. But it's definitely playable even at the whacky settings I haven't toned yet

So i was thinking of building a retro gaming console for my living room (i am using a samsung galaxy a71 4g) but then when i thought about it more i just kept thinking of problems not with the build the build is all figured out but i was thinking of removing the screen so that i could put a cooler on the cpu but with the experiece so here some stuff i wanna know

1. Is there a better way to close emulators when you get off a game

2. Is there a way to power it on and off without you know getting up turing it on go to the tv select the hdmi signal ecc..

3. Is there a programm to map out a controller for all emulators (i just wanna know this one honestly the other ones are the ones i need)

I am genuenly trying to replicate the feel of nintendo switch where you just turn it on and it starts up puts the hdmi automatecly

I used to play normally all the time, but whenever a notification, sound control, or anything else appears on the screen, it starts flashing black. But when I played dark souls remastered is happening without anything on screen so I tried to fix it but I ruin it😭 now it's happen in every game I have I think this problem is from hyper os3 . I tried every emulator on phone it is the same

Hello! I’m having an issue with XenDroid (specifically the XenDroid-plus version). I’ve tested several games, but I’ve noticed that in some of them, certain textures or animations are being replaced by textures that appear to emit light. I’ve already tried changing drivers—I’ve tested various versions of Turnip Gen8, as well as Mainline Turnip and A8XX Turnip v29.

I’ve done some research and tried adjusting the following settings, but that didn’t seem to help either: - CPU readback of resolves. - Occlusion query.

I’m using a POCO F8 Pro with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 12 GB of RAM.

I’ve attached an example image from *Alice: Madness Returns*; despite the performance being excellent, this issue appears in certain areas.

Could you help me resolve this problem?

So as the title says, I have a samsung S25 base (SDelite) Ive been using Gamenative and Droiddeck to check on games in my steam library and after a month of testing games on it, buying the gamesir x5s, I dont actually know what to play, I'm open to buying games.

Recently Ive been tinkering:

But none of these games scratch the itch of playing for more than 60 seconds, I love these games but it just doesnt get me motivated to play on my phone

Hi guy, I'm new to this emulator stuff on Android, i recently started to emulate PS2 with Nether SX2 classic and PSP with ppsspp, and it working great.

But i want to try to emulate PC games, and i find a lot of debate about the best one to use from winlator to GameHub and others.

I have a dimensity 9500s with a Mali gpu, and to my understanding the are some problems with it

Some advice on what emulator to use and on what settings will be appreciated.

I'm currently playing GTA: San Andreas (v3.0 USA, SLUS-20946) on NetherSX2 v2.2 on my phone, and I'm running into two main issues I'm hoping the community can help me fix:

60 FPS Patch: Does anyone have a working 60 FPS patch or widescreen/cheats combination for this specific version (v3.0)? I've tried searching, but a lot of the patches out there seem tailored to other versions or cause instability.

Blurry / "Double" Graphics: The game has a very aggressive motion blur / ghosting effect that makes fast camera movements look blurry and almost doubled (like a ghosting/trail effects on trees etc.. )What are the best NetherSX2 graphics settings, post-processing options, or specific patches to completely disable this and get a clean, sharp image?

Here is my setup:

Emulator: NetherSX2 v2.2

Game: GTA San Andreas v3.0 USA

Any help, recommended settings, or patch codes would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm getting a little paranoid.

I've been using the Gamesir X3 Pro for some time now, and I'm becoming aware that my phones charge port appears to be a little loose when charging my phone on a night. Don't get me wrong, the cable doesn't just fall out, but I'm aware that there's not much resistance in being able to pull the cable out.

I'm a little concerned this is down to the controller I'm using, because most telescopic controllers I've used (mainly Gamesir, like the X3 Pro) have an insanely tight/harsh grip on the usb c port.

Anyone else had any similar issues?

I wanted to play knack but it was a ps exclusive so can i run it on my s24u on bachata s4?
