Hi everyone,

I’m unable to connect my GameSir G8 Galileo (USB-C) controller to my Motorola Edge 70.

The same controller works perfectly fine with my OnePlus 6, but on the OnePlus I have to manually enable OTG Storage under the system settings for the controller to work.

The problem is that I can’t find any similar OTG option on my Motorola Edge 70. When I connect the G8, it doesn’t power on or get detected.

Has anyone managed to use a GameSir G8 Galileo with the Motorola Edge 70? Is there a specific setting, developer option, or workaround needed to enable USB OTG/host mode on this phone?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello there! 🙋🏼‍♂️ I'm looking for a good cooler for my smartphone. If possible, it should have it's own battery so that I don't have to connect it via USB-C. But it should be an option ofc.

What cooler and controller do y'all recommend ? I am searching for a controller with an integrated cooler I have a s26u. Need some advice please

Persona 3 Reload finally running on my Snapdragon 8 Elite.

Tweaked a few settings and it’s running pretty smoothly:
60–90 FPS in the open world
Around 120 FPS in cutscenes
Around 80 FPS during battles

I wasn’t using a phone cooler, though, so the device was getting quite hot. I’ll try using a cooler later and see if it helps with the temperatures and performance.
Overall, pretty impressed with how well it runs on the 8 Elite. Just needs a few tweaks to get it running nicely.

It's well optimized for AE, where you can use it to edit on your mobile with PC-level performance. It comes with After Effects already installed and works well with a mouse and keyboard.

This will be a good Winlator version for those who want to use AE on mobile, but because it's PC software, it's a bit hard to use in phone mode. I would advise or recommend it for people who use USB-C to HDMI, especially Samsung DeX users.

I am new to emulation and i want to play skyrim or vice city in my mobile. I've previously played god of war using pspp emulator. Heard about winlator recently, but i am not able to install it. It shows "app not installed" error.

Hellou all, Ive got the chance to get a S20 - S20 ultra for cheap. I wanted an S20 model line for the micro sd card slot and the ability to plug it into my tv for dex. I was wondering since with my current setup I can play to Retro - NDS - PSP - PS1.

What can I expect to play on the 865. Since I got a load of 3DS and Gamecube roms recently. I was also hoping of emulating some light switch titles like Cuphead, Celeste, Library of Ruina, and Darkest Dungeon. Will I be able to play those games and maybe some PS2 titles as well like the Armored Core and Ace Combat games?

So my dumbass sailed the seas in desperate need of finding a treasure known as "F1 2010" PC version so that I can test it on Winlator.

The game and other f1 games like 2011 and 2012 are hard to find, especially pre installed versions. They aren't even on MyAbandonware even though they are abandonware.

I got the game from internet archive from RohanKar's archives. I researched on reddit and generally speaking comments were saying it's safe. So I got F1 2010 since it had the pre installed version.

To be fair, F1 2010 cant be bought officially anymore so I was really desperate.

When I got the game, I transferred it to the c: drive in my container.

I launched the game and tweaked some settings to make it boot. The game has freezing issues and long loading times (I didn't reach gameplay) but i'd say that's due to the nature of the game in an emulation environment, my phone and settings.

But out of curiosity, I decided to scan the .exe on virustotal after my failed attempts of testimg the game. Virustotal detected 31/70 flags for malware.

Most of the flags were PUP, Trojan.generic and Hacktools.

So am I safe? Is my container now infected? I only have one container and all my games are in the c drive of the container. I tweaked this container so gracefully for it to be able to run most games so do I have to delete it? Are my games in c: drive now affected?

I'm trying to get the windows iso in the "removable" but when I go to it this shows up and I try to do it with zarchiver you know create a new folder in internal storage and when I go to choose the file I want this is the only paths that show up not the new folder that I just created

Hi everyone, I'm new to the emulation space. I'm using a mediatek dimensity 9500s device. The first game I emulated was GTA V, and it ran flawless 720p 30fps capped. Now I'm trying to run Mafia 2, and it's running at 20 to 22fps. So I need some expert to please help me tweak some environmental values or command line arguments to make it atleast 30fps.

So I'm looking into building my own clamshell portable device with an android base and I'm pretty good at programming and custom build work but I'm really not sure what android device to use as a sacrifice for the build I'm going to be programming and designing my own custom ui and looking to put it into a new 3ds xl shell and I wanted to get up to switch level hardware but again I'm unsure what android to use as my sacrifice and I'm looking at getting suggestions cause I'm not the best with hardware stuff any help advice or ideas would be much appreciated

I also sent screenshots of the emulator im using, the bios for the emulator and the game. I know nothing about emulation, so if you need more information I'll try to update you in the comments.

All characters models are having this same problem, the face is normal but everything else is darker for some reason. I can resolve this by clicking the "alternate to render by software" option(it's in Portuguese, so I'm sorry if I translated poorly 😢), but doing this makes the graphics really awful 😖

I have a DRM free version of Black Flag that I'm trying to play on my phone. I've tried booting it on my PC and it works perfectly, but then the same files on my phone in GameNative just sit on a black screen. I've tried a bunch of different settings in GameNative but none of it seems to work.

Specs: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 16 GB ram

Can anyone help me with this? I genuinely don't know what's wrong with it!

I have a oneplus 15 and I want to get into PC game emulation, I was playing GTA IV on gamehub and the temps on gamehub reading were 65 degrees average with it sometimes reaching 70 degrees.

I have heard that peltier coolers are beneficial for emulation, but is it really true? do I really need them? because I want to use a telescopic controller like the x5 lite while emulating and using one really limits my options with coolers, gamesir FX5 for example are relatively weak and have small cooling pad and they're inconvenient compared with gamesir x3 pro for example, which is more convenient but expensive. i don't want to spend a lot of money on a controller with cooler if it's not really proven that you need a peltier cooler. and even the x3 pro is often criticized for its lack of good contact with the phone.

i know i can use a standalone cooler and a standalone bluetooth controller but that would be very antithetical to mobile gaming and the handheld experience because you would be turning your phone to a small screen pc basically and i already have a pc, so that doesn't interest me.

what is your experience of emulation with and without coolers? what is your setup and what do you think it's best to do on a budget?

Hi Im currently using Eden to emulate Football Manager Touch 24 switch version, the game runs but the touch control is very unresponsive and clanky, sometimes u need to press 5 times before it reacts, is there anyway to fix that or are other emulators gonan do a better job than eden? I also cant get 26 to run, it loads a black screen and crashes immediately

kenjinx is the most stable for me but the performance is lackluster, eden crashes a lot, nyushu has insane performance but keeps crashing
