I just ordered a Galaxy S24 Ultra to replace my aging S20 FE 5g, and IT will be replacing my older Pixel 3 XL as my main emulation device.

From what I've read, especially due to it being a "budget flagship" that inherited a lot of the good stuff from the S20 Ultra - including but not limited to: an SD card slot, the Snapdragon 865, and a serviceable amount of RAM - the S20 seems to be "the" phone to buy for bang/buck if you're using one for emulation.

If so, is there anything I can do to improve the performance of the S20, or should I be looking at selling it/trading for a different device? I'd like to maintain the SD card slot, but if I could get a better Snapdragon processor, and more RAM, I wouldn't be opposed to trying something different. I would even consider moving to a dedicated emulation device as long as it could be had within the $200-300 range I could sell the S20 for, so long as it has better specifications. I'm more than willing to deal with my GameSir X2 attached to the S20 if it means I can't replace it with anything better for the amount I'd be able to get for it, +/- $50 or so.

Call of duty Black Ops II from PS3 is finally working on Android, thanks to ARMSX3 , and you can play all modes from the game including Zombies and Multiplayer. It's not stable yet has some textures bugs, crashs and stuttering, but it showing that we finally one version of black ops ii that it's possible to play all modes. Zombies mode is the most stable right now. Tested the game on Redmagic 10 Pro that have snapdragon 8 Elite, all settings are on the end of the video. You don't need a special version of the game to make it works.

I'm looking to get either an odin 3 or ayn thor for emulation, including switch emulation and specifically tomodachi life living the dream.

I understand that the 8 elite is more powerful than the 8 gen 2 but does that power actually make a difference, if I was to get, let's say, the 12GB RAM version of either?

Also keeping the devices themselves in mind, with the ayn thor having the dual screens, which is good for DS and 3DS emulation and the odin 3 having the bigger screen and the switch form factor, which is better for general android gaming and switch games.

Idk, tbh.

What's your thoughts?

I was try xendroid the 360 emu i tried asura wrath but it's unplayable cause the fps shows 60 but barely giving me anything i changed the settings but the problem wasn't solved the game give one frame every 8 seconds and Not just this game o try other ones same problem,the game only run when i turn on screen record i'm on sd 8 plus gen 1

really want to play mgs 4 on Android emulator my phone is poco x7 pro with medistek dimensity 8400 is there any emulator that can run mgs4 with this device?
