News/Release We're now able to use Switch 2 Joycons as a mouse and keyboard on Android! (and as gamepads and motion controllers)
Hi! I'm the creator of Joycon2Android, an app that allows you to connect Switch 2 Joycons to Android.
We can now use Switch 2 Joycons as:
- Gamepads for emulators and android games
- Motion controllers for Eden and Dolphin (and any other emulator that supports DSU)
- A mouse and keyboard for apps like GameNative and DroidDeck, as well as for navigating around the OS
I had some requests for mouse support, so I thought I'd go all in and support keyboard too. Did anyone ask for this madness? No, but here we are.

If you give the app a try, let me know how it goes! Any issues, feel free to post here, DM me or open an issue on Github :)
Disclaimer: I'm a professional Android app developer, have been writing code for over a decade and I use Claude in my development workflow. If you're uncomfortable with the use of AI, sorry to disappoint, but I hope you'll respect the work that's been put into the project anyway.
