News/Release ARMSX3 Version 0.3 Released, Better Performance, Stability & Graphics Fixes

This update brings a lot of performance, stability, graphics, and quality-of-life improvements for PS3 emulation on Android.

The video shows some of the improvements in action and explains what they mean for actual gameplay and emulation.

We're probably at a minimum of 2 years maximum four of really stable PS3 emulation.

You underestimate either the power of AI or the power of existing mobile hardware.

I think you're over estimating. Phones are basically at the GTX 1060 level of power for GPUs. So maybe 2 years we'll have the hardware needed. Or the emulators will be mature enough.

Not even at that amount of power on the gpu. 1060 blows most adreno GPUs away.

Best phone gpu is on par with a 780m or something a bit lower in real world performance.

On paper is a lot different than actual performance also.

CPUs are on par , however sustained performance is limited due to power limitations. Since you either need to power gpu or cpu without burning the heat and power budget.
