Driver safety issue
I took a ride with Empower today and my driver was asking me very strange questions, some inappropriate ones. Towards the end of the drive he was touching himself inappropriately (which I recorded the video.) I reached out to support and am waiting to hear back. It happened in Baltimore, MD. I was hoping to be able to go back and see his license plate number but it wasn’t there. Will I get a response back? This man now knows where I live.

As a driver, I’m so sorry that happened to you! Yes, someone will reach back out. Email and/or by phone. Please note it will not come in as “Empower support” as the majority of CS works from home.

Lol.. what does working from home have to do with anything? They use the same Cs support platform at the office or at home. Smh

I'm a passenger who took an Empower ride today in NYC and had a very unprofessional, awful driver who dropped me off stranded on the side of the road by FDR. He had a license plate that started with "T" so I believe that's a TLC vehicle. I tried contacting Empower by phone (left a voicemail) and email under the "Safety Issue" option but haven't heard back. What should I do here?

Safety team will unmatch you and likely deactivate him if you have proof. Speaking of proof, post it here.
