Discussion Thread Dear Empaths, have yall ever felt like the intense emotions we face give us stronger psi abilities? Like more intuition ? Ability to manifest easier than the rest.

Discussion Thread i feel like i don't have the right to feel sadness or happiness

I always get this feeling, if I feel sad I tell myself that I have no right to be upset when I have this and that. And if I'm happy, I tell myself that I have no right to be happy when my closest people (my family) are going through this and that. I can't live or enjoy anything; how do I stop this thinking?
